talk about un patrotic and really dis respectfull to one who fought to protect freedom. in va. the oldest medal of honor winner  a war world war two vet named col.Van  t. Barfoot. is in a new fight as the home owners association is telling him he has to take down his flag pole it violates their guidlines. yes the home ass is telling a war vet and one from world war two who even stood up to three german tanks with a bazooka and stopped them. telling him that he can not use his flag pole when all he does is  raise the american flag and then takes it down just what other people with flag pole do. but the association is now saying he can not do that for his flag pole violates their guidlines unless the flag is on a pole mounted to the house and even have threaten a lawsuit if the flag and pole is not down by five today yes threating to sue a war vet over him using a flag pole to raise his flag.  but Van is not without some support as  a u.s senator is behind barefoot  and says he is going to perosonaly look into why the association is doing this to a war vet of all people. and would not be surprised given the up roar over this if the president learns of this also. for after all the guy served to protect the freedoms those on that home owers thing  enjoy all he wants it to raise his flag . to show his repsect for his country . and proably his fallend comrads for after all  its not a crime to raise the flag. as for the lawsuit hope if it does get in court the judge who winds up with it gets so out raged over the way barfoot if being treated that the thing gets thrown out of court and the home owners board members get a litlte swift kick in their butts for haivng such a fit over a vet just raising his flag with a pole he felt works for him.

even though he is now in his chalet for he fullfilled the requirements paid the 4.5 million and turn in his passport and travel papers and got a warm gretting by his family. swiss authorties still be be making sure the ankle monitor  is working for even though now  as of this morning Roman has new prison digs a chalet and is under house arrest plus his travel papers are in custody . the swiss officials stated since day one Roman is considered a flight risk. which means even though an alarm would go off if he tried to remove the monitor or walked pass the where he can legaly go under the terms . swiss officials better keep an eye on him for after all even though roman is in the chalet now begining house arrest there is still the desire in him to first oppurutinty that presdents himself for him to go running to france even with the monitor as for the u.s reaction to roman being now in the chalet under house arrest . they say it has no bearings on their plans to extradite him and bring him back to the u.s which is one of the main reasons he is under house arrest till the swiss courts rule on the u.s extradition request.which knowing roman he will appeal which has him proalby back in the u.s by some time in jan. and at least roman should be happy he is under house arrest in a chalet  talk about celeb treatment . for he could have been left in the cell still. as roman is now till he decides screw it and try to run for france. is now in the chalet under house arrest.

as he works to get the dems to keep the needed  gruoupto make sure health care manages to finaly survive the senate and take its next step to the presidents desk. Senator Harry reaid is also deciding to take fully  control of the whole health care plan be the one totatly responsible for making sure the 894 billion health care bill is put into effect with the changes that wil reshape and finaly fix the system. reid as he works to clear the issues needed to get the dems back to the 60 block in the senate he is also making it his responsibility to implenmant the health care chages when the president finaly gets the bill to his desk and sign sometime in the new year now. and which also means harry will be the main reason to blame if health care winds up some how dieing. as harry reaid is taking a big risk by assuming full control to put health care once its law into full play.

when a japanesse freighter is found wrecked . Oliva . Peter and Walter and Astra find more then a normal wreck that what caused it was the crew was transporitng some ocotpus type parisites and they got infected and died which has Walter giddy and when he gets accidnelty atacked by one he winds up with some clarity and goes vanishing a few times only when the ones who want the things come a calling and get nasty with Astra that Walter returns to his lab. as peter and Olivia find the wife of one of the guys who was shipping the parisites . and llearn she is giving the things to save her son who peter learns suffers from an immune deficincy and the parisites are all that is keeping the thing from killing him. as the bad guys come after their ocoparisites and even try to make peter eat one only to have Oliva manage a rescue as Walter has some clarity over his and Peter relationship how he appriciates peter doing what he does even though Walter is determine to be totaly back to full normal metal capicity after being free from the looney bin and also shows that he cares for Astra .as octo parisites keep the fringe team jumping. and fans do not have long to wait as the mid season finale finaly has William bell and Walter finaly cross paths the meeting fans have been waiting for.

it is said on  Survivor that sooner or later the alliances formed can be broken and double crosses happen as john who thought he and Russel had a pack learned the hard way and what made the jury cackle with glee. John wound up blind sided and voted off in a blood bath as the allainces were making it look like dave was targeted for Shambo showing she must be losing her mind from being there so long dreamed dave went so russel and the others decided to vote for him espicaly since jacen took immunity and shambo during the survior food auction wound up having to eat some icky sea urchins and other gross stuff . with cheese was not really happy espicaly when dave tried to tell her how to cook the chickens. so dave was targeted only to have russel decide to plot to get rid of mick and then  john blindsided and in the end what had the jury going omg  john given the vote off and even jeff was going what the hell just happen. a blood bath and looks like an alliance is crumbling. shambo vs russel

one would think by now espically with the  AArp backing the dems all the way during the health care battle the republicans would finaly stop their power trips and just come on board and help get the thing passed as another fight has been lost as the Aarp has managed to use their clout and help the dems keep the medicare cuts that are part of funding health care in the senate bill.  for its already int he house version and republicans tried to strip it out of the senate version but learned the hard way that like eveyr other special interest group that if the Aarp wants something not to try and mess with them. for they will push till they manage to win and they have done it another health care battle fought and won. another little victory in the war to finaly fix health care.

not since Disney went after ABC . has the etertainment landscape been shaken up . as today Comcast and GE just okayed the deal to have Comcast make NBC their own bitch. in a deal that will make Comcast once final one of the biggest players in the entertainment biz plus the deal will make movies be shown on tv quicker after they are done in theatres. though most already see the deal as scary for mostly given all the channels NBc owns merged with Com cast makes the new company almost the biggest player in the industry as big as Disney which survived Comcast coming after it. and the thing will have to face anti trust regulators before the deal is totatly final which may mean the Government could tell Comcast or NBC to get rid of some assets or be considered a Monopoly. wonder if the new deal means jay leno could find his run coming to an end  plus will the merger if it gets okay wind up with NBC having to do a change of their season and shows. as Comcast has just okayed making the Peacock network their own bitch and has shaken up the entertainment industry though GE will still have some stake in NBC.  and ComCast money may come in handy since Marvel and Diseny will finilize their merge at the end of the moth which means universals marvel island of adventures days are number. and com cast could help NBC cope with that loss.
