finaly getting the reason why Roman was arrested and the u.s wants to extridite him even as they and poland contiue to demand his release. france says they have changed their views on Roman Polinskies arrest being unjustified citing no one is above the law.  guess some one finaly told france that Roman was found guility to raping a thirteen year old girl and fled before sentencing could commence after a judge regnaged on a plea agreement. this as Whoppie Goldberg had to defend her comment that in her view what roman did does not quilifty as Rape rape. . but france is now backing off still wanting roman just like Poland want  swiss courts to let Roman free. Sec  of State Hiliary stated that  its up to the courts over roman . that all the issues sorounding this case including his arrest the courts are the ones with the power to decide which means the State Department is proalby not going to try and stop the extradition and bringing Roman back. to the state which his former sister in law sharon tates sister is saying Roman would not get a fair shake in the u.s over the charges. that will by the court call. and besides what ever the outcome Roman just like he is going to fight extradition will keep any verdict tied up in appeals proalby all the way to the u.s supreme court and no doubt even go so far when all is said and done and ask the president for a pardon. as france backs off a little on Roman .for he did a cirme and even if its just the sentence from the plea agreement he should serve some time.as france back off saying no one not even Roman is above the law.

the republicans might as well get the message and just come on board health care as the finance committee just shut them down on their attempts to kill health care by bogging it down by amenments. with now the plan for the senate and house looking at a vote by the middle of october. handing the republicans another beat down on health care the committee voted down two amenments one that would protect doctors if due to their religious beliefs they choose not to do abortions  from being sued. and the other amenment denying federal funds for groups that support abortion. one senator citing this is  a health care bill not an abortion bill.which means the final version will proalby not include abortion either as the republicans attempts to kill health care by amenments is winding up getting the dems working on passing the thing. shutting them down one amendment after another maybe they would get the hint and just come on board for the dems are determin to get health care done with one way or the other the time is getting where health care will be headed to the presidents desk for the republicans tactics are as the finance committee is showing running out of steam.

if any country that made up the security counsi  would be a hard even as Iran continues its defiance by enriching uranium and testing missles that could contain a bomb if there were any countries that could make it hard or even try and block the u.n and other contries from moving fast to try and stop Iran and work out a deal. it would either be Russia or China mostly due to the trade deals including oil they have with Iran. and China concered about their deals with Iran including the one for oil just use their clout to delay action being taken on Iran nuke program as talks are being drawn up.  which is normal since the security counsil countries have vetoe power over things. and looks like China even though they know Iran should not be allowed to have a nuke has decided to put their business and money concerns over helping to try and stop a country besides north korea from devolping nukes and thus causing world war three. and  six days and horror fans will be singing a tune of praise at warner brothers or cursing them once again as the cult classic trick or treat will finaly be on dvd shelves though six days still gives warners time to pull off one more mind game with the film that has become a legend among fans. trick or treat dvd six days to go.

after voting down and causing the public option to fail its first test in the finance committee. the option has shown how of any part of trying to fix health care the one item that has seemed to cause divisions among people is the public option as the senate now faces where once they seemed to be a strong unit determine to help the president and give him a major victory. now are facing divisions from those who voted the public option down already to those dems who want the thing and say a bill will not pass in the senate with out one even as a trigger version and of course one group who could swing either way on the thing. as for the republicans they made their view known a long time ago not for the public option. ever that and letting the president suceed in fixing health care.as the public option is sowing divisions among the ranks of senators some for against and wild cards. as the work keeps going and going

  and finaly sue luck ran out as she of the final five went home on hells kitchen and even Gordon had enough of her. as the final five started out fine by having to prepare certain dishes for some critics with dan and ariel winning so dave tennile and sue had to clean up garbage at a highway adopted by hells kitchen and tennile got on daves nerves bitchng and moaning to the point where one wondered why they did not get into it. then daves wrist started to show pain again bad pain like the thing is trying to break the cast. as the chefs then had to serve and made it half way through till sue and  ariel wound up derailing the train on the last table and gordon saw red and tennile kept bitching  in the end sue is gone down to four and one wonders if tennile and dave are going to be able to keep the peace much longer or if daves wrist will be the thing that does him in.

given the soap opera Roman polanskies arrest has become besides an international incident with the countries invovled. it will be surprising if some movie maker once the final chapter is written the saga be it the u.s drops trying to exridite roman and and lets home go home to france and stays there for good or manages somehow to extradite him and he manges to just serve the sentence of the plea agreement he made long ago. that no movie studio has looked into buying the movie rights to the thing espically when now hollywood celebs have sign a pettion demanding Roman be given his freedom with the plan to give it to Governor Swatenager asking him to look into stepping in to the case and telling what most who signed the thing tell the d.a who is going to be charging roman with the rape charges to proably give up and not pursue any more. yes a petition to free roman. citing the d.a office has better things  in california it should be doing then causing an international iccendent over a 33 years rape case and trying to pursue a fugitve. even though the celebs should relize Roman committed and was found guiility of rape and fled without serving his sentence even though it was due to misconduct by the d.a and judge.still he fled without serving prison time Roman was convicted he should at least serve the prison time of the plea agreement. would not be surprisded if next the president is asked  to give roman a pardon. given the thing is becomign a soap opera and as for the movie rights i can just see fox buying the rights when all is said and done. a pettetion in holly wood now demanding roman be set free.

what may be a little glimpse of the future of a public option one of the key things of the presidents health care fix. and proving why the public option seems to be congress kryponite. the senate finance committee shot down the public option on a vote of 15 to 13 with republicans and dems  uniting to do so. whcih given how the senate stated they will not pass a health care bill without a public option  but the public option just went down in flames from its first try as the senate finance committee voted it down after debating it today. showing how the public option is still to most members of congress like a bomb they do not want to mess with it even though there is support for it. though hopefully it will survive the final version this i sjust the first test of it and so far it went down in flames.

talk about fast its only been less then a week when Roman was arrested for fleeing the country after going to trial for rape and split after the judge committted misconduct in his case. and already he is asking the swiss courts to give him his freedom mostly bail. which no doubt as the u.s prepares to file the extridition papers to finaly bring him back to the u.s  the swiss cournts are proably hesitant to give him his freedom for fear like the u.s if roman gets out he will try and run back to france where he knows france would not extridite him since he is a citizen of france . even though odds are looking more and more likely that given the pressure by france and poland to set him free and the talk over that roman should be set free for he paid the price by forever being not allowed to be in the u.s and make movies in hollywood not to menton  Sam the lady he raped has stated she wants the charges to go away for she does not want to relive the thing again which a trial would make her do. for she has moved on . as roman is not wasting any time fighting to regain what he has now lost by swiss arresting him and the u.s finaly getting a chance to try and see roman pay for his crime o frape though nothing in the end will proalby come of the thing just appeals and roman proably being given the orginal prison senentence after so long or just time served.

finaly after acting like its the white elephant in the room and the boggy man if they even dare talk about if they are in favor of it or not. the senate finance committee is now planning to debate the most contensious and one thing of the whole fixing health care issue that has been nothing but a firestorm and the one thing that as town hall meetings have shown brings out the fire and nastiness of sane people as  the committee is planning to debate the dreaded public option for health care yes the one health care part that has congress running like scared mice is getting a debate after so long being treated as a white elephant considering how the president would like it and republicans and the insurance companies are bound and determine to use it to kill health care  the debate should beinteresting. since the dems say they will not pass health care without the public option. as the work continues

as Roman Polanskies arrest now becomes an internatial incident between government's  from France and Poland demanding Swisserland release roman on bail to the u.s getting ready to file the papers for extriditing him after a 36 years of him being a fugitive. one thing the whole thing may wind up being the key to is giving Roman his freedom to travel freely. for one since his lawers will no doubt keep the extidition request tied up from appeals.for a long time. the u.s may just say its not worth it and finaly let him go back and stay in France. not to mention the odd chance Roman does finaly wind up back in the u.s his lawers will have enough causes for appeals from the fact that the victim Sam has stated that she wants the charges dropped she would not testify if he was put on trial again for it would just open up old wounds. which to a jury would be resonible doubt for lack of key evidence since dna testing and rape kits were not around back at the time of his crime not to mention his lawers would no doubt bring up the misconduct the judge did in his first trial over renaging on a plea agreement all parties agreed to due to a d.a who was not involved in the case telling the judge to do so not to mention the judge was out for the fame. another key avenue for appeals plus since the judge who dismissed romans bid to throw out the charges stated he would would only do so if roman appeared in person roman could if he winds up in the states refile and show up in front of the judge. not to mention the statue of limations have long expired for rape. for the best charges roman could face prison time would be being a fugitive. not t mention if roman did get conivicted of the rape charges he would proalby only serve the orginal plea agreement. for after all he did commit rape and never served any prison time for it even if its just 25 days from the plea agreement. as romans arrest may be the key he needs to fianly regain his freedom. another chapter in his saga. the u.s should just give up and let him go to france and stay there .

what is another sign that house is still nut totaly back to normal he one tells foreman and cutey he quits and then takes wilson in as a roomate and spends most of the episode cooking and talking to the dr. as foreman is put in charge of the section after threaing to shut it down with house gone. as he also has to start dealing with tension with his working with thirteen and the romance as they deal with the most obnixoous patient ever who is so arrogant he even tries to dignose himself and demands tests plus gets doctors from other hospitals to give a second opinion and soon offers a reward of 25 grand as the symptons of the guy include his nerves on fire. his lungs after a spinal tap fill up with fluid  and house winds up figureing out what is wrong with the guy and then when his new ways to keep his mind occupy finaly fail and his old leg starts to hurt again. house winds up going back on the vicodin and gets some dog urine for the urine sample which has cutey and wilson figure out yes he is back on drugs again. as cuter quits  foremans staff and he fires thirteen so he can continue dating her. as house quits and shows he is still not all there yet and back on his poison again. and cuter is gone.

as expected its only been less then 48 hours since swiss cops arrested Roman Polanskie for fleeing during his rape trial and already a tug of war is brewing with france which roman lived for decades mostly because he has citizenship and france does not like to extradite their citizens so as long as he stayed in france the u.s could not get him. and also poland who he also has citizenship is asking swiss cops to free him. even going so far as filing a request that sec of state  Hillary Clinton get involved in the case. a tug of war brewing . not to mention the u.s has to file with in the next sixty days a formal request to extradite  him which would then have to be ruled on by swisserlands prime minster and plus any request can be appealed and knowing Roman he will no doubt if the u.s gets their way appeal which means he could wind up keeping the thing tied in swiss courts for years and since swiserland would hold him all during the process the u.s could wind up being where it has been with roman for all these decades close to him but unable to touch him and put him on trial for rape again which would be interesting since the woman of the case has stated she wants the thing done and made a settlement with Roman and would not testify if he is tried.  should be interesting as another chapter in the saga of Roman polanskie begins. and one week to go and all the games warner brothers has played with the cult classic trick or treat will end with either horror fans going omg when they see the thing finaly on shelves and forking over the cash. for warner brothers only has this week left to pull one more trick to try and make trick ot treat add to its legend as a film that most have talked about in whispers like london after midnight. a film never seen but know about in film circles trick or treat one week to go

citing that they are prepared for any military threat. and also showing how defient they can really be not to mention showing the countries who are already on high alert from the revelations of them having a second nuke facility Iran test fired some missles in war games that wound up getting close enough to put u.s and israil bases on high alert this as talks are soon to be ironed out with iran  for them to try and prove their claims of only having the nuke facilitys to enrich uranaium for energy not bombs. but testing some missles even if it was only for war games shows that the u.s and other countries are right in Iran not being able to be trusted enriching uranaium for the missles could wind up in the future contain a bomb. as Iran is proving that it is going to be defient on all things even going so far a firing a missle with talks on their nuke program around the corner. which has the countries with more proof that Iran is too dangerous to be allowed to have nuke facilities and enrich uranium.

and cold case also started a new season with Lily on the warpath and ready to take justice in her own hands when the military officer who ran her off the road last season is let out on bond and lily learns he will not come to trial till may at the earliest she sees red and a game of cat and mouse begins as Lily. Fred, Nick, joh, scotty and Miller wind up trying to figure out how a woman named doris was killed on a ship long ago found in the engine room and seems to have had her own cinderella adventure. as Scotty and lily learn from Doris traveling companion bernice who turns out doris was to marry her cousin henry but then falls in love and is swept off her feet by a rich guy who also turns out is engaged to someone else and the familys hired hand takes matters into his own hands as doris its revealed got a necklace from her suitor and hten chased down a thief. as Lily winds up stalking her would be killer later on by following him to a bar. getting obsessed with looking to take some own justice cop over the edge. as the group soon learn that the sitors hired hand wound up making it known for the good of the family that Doris should reconsider the marriage proposal and even took her shoes though after she was kileld and did not  report the death hidding family honor . finaly it turns out that bernice after doris tells her she is not going to marry cousin henry and then reveals her own husband is cheating on her wound up accidnelty killing her by punching her causing her to fall to the engine room floor. as it looks like cold case not only will have more cases but also a cop going over the edge to wind up taking some justice in her own hands. like a bullet maybe coming

hard to believe that the simpson's have been on the air for now twenty one seasons that long. and holds the record for the longest running series of its type. as it kicked off the new season with Bart and Milhouse discovering Comic book guy aka jeff  Alberston created his own comic book after bart and milhouse mess with him over spider man so they wind up helping him get it published then when a movie studio decides to make the comic into a film. Comic book guy not only winds up getting producing credits but cast homer as the lead every man who gains powers by doing rogue by touching any comic book and absorbing the powers of the hero in them. from iron man to plastic man. and homer winds up getting taken in by the fame and glory and also thins down to be every man till his personal fitness trainer helping him stay thin splits for another job and homer sad winds up back to his old ways and causes the film to bomb. not to mention homers girth winds up taking out marge when he and her get ready to do the nasty. as the simpsons  kick off season twenty one. with comic book guy living up to his name. and homer gets a taste of fame. and learns its fleeting  plus homer slims down .twenty one seasons hard to belive  simpsons around for twenty years now.

Given the twist and turns in the saga of Roman Polanskie from still being a fugitive for fleeing the u.s due to the judge at his trial for raping an thirteen year old girl who modeled for him violating his rights to a fair trial by regnaging on plea agreement. to the judge who was considering throwing out the charges due to the stature of limiations has expired not to mention the victim has stated she would not testify if the d.a. would go after Roman to try him for the charges again and being a fugitve saying he would not throw out the charges unless roman appeared in person which most knew he would not due for as long as he stayed in france he could not be under the treaty with the u.s france has be extridited to the u.s unless he stepped foot on british soil but now the saga looks like its going to end with Roman winding up extradited to the u.s as while headed to the airport to pick up an award at a film festival in zurick swiss cops wound up arresting Roman and he is now being held which means as soon as the paper work is done with . The u.s will be extriditing him for trial though on the other hand next time his lawers file asking the judge to throw out the charges due to misconduct of the now deceased judge in his rape case he can fullfill the bit about showing up in person since the judge stated if he did he would think of throwing out the charges. as romans saga looks like its ended after being in exile due to misconduct of his right to a fair trial. swiss cops arrest him and extradiction to the u.s going to happen should be interesting for the .d a who is hell bent on trying roman for the rape charges and being a fugitive since the woman stated she would not testify . which means not having the key piece of evidence the victim. for the jury to hear.as Roman polanske thanks to siwiss cops is headed back to the u.s by extradition

with school back in session . kids may have to enjoy their summer memories for if the president has his way as part of his plan to overhaul the u.s education system and making the u.s get to where it should be with other countries in the world . the president would get rid of summer vacations citing that kids spend a lot less time in school then they do in other countries espically during the summer break of three months. though he will have a hard time trying to make it so summer vacation is a memory espically since his own kids do not like the idea of doing a way with summer break so kids would wind up having more class time. over under his idead proalby 300 hours more then kids do even with the few states that are year round. not tomention if the president does manage to make summer vacations a memory he will wind up with the states demanding more funds since they would be going during summer which means having to pay teachers and staff for the summer work. when they would be like the kids off doing other things.  and a break from the school year. as the presidet is looking to soon try to keep his other promise to start fixing the education system with making summer vacation a memory. should be interesting to see the president try and convince congress to make that happend though if he also offers the funding for the states to be able to have school in the summer then he may have a chance.  and one week left and the games of  the cult classic trick or treat are finaly done. come 0ct 6 horror fans and those curious of the film will be in dvd stores making cash registers ring unless warner brothers since they still have a week left does indeed pull one more trick with it and makes trick ot treat  the legend that fans hear about from word of mouth like orson wells the northside of the wind. oct 6 trick or treat will it be a treat on dvd or a trick from warners

addressing a  an african american congressinal caacus. the president once again made it clear to congress that the wait for health care to be fixed is over with for in his address he stated the cup of endurance and waiting is running over that people have been waiting for health care to be fixed and what it should be since teddy rosevelt and all the way to clinton. since bush did not take up the issue at all. telling the caucus the time for waiting is long enough . plus he also said he finds it amazing that he is trying to finaly be the president who dares to tackle the issues that have long been not touch to improve the u.s like getitng better energy sources with no oil dependence and finaly making sure those who need health care can get it finaly with the ulitmate goal being universal coverage and he is being compared over the idea to hitler yes the president in his speech mention the comparison of the nazi leader by some at the health care town hall meetings holding sighns with obama having a htiler mustashe.  he does not under stand why that is happending as he makes it know once again the waiting for health care to be fixed is coming to an end wait has been long enough time for results.

the old saying third times the charm and guess the scy fi channel to honor its 17 birthday decided to once again and to contiue its trend of a different genre of movie decided to go visit the stephen king classic and with Halloween around the corner decided to do a third version of children of the corn. but this time Stephen king himself help write the script. wonder if they ever want another version of the shinning if Steven will do that . but  the story is just like the oringal book couple who turns out for once actully deserved to be screwed by the devilish corn worshiping pycho kids for right from the start the couple that makes the mistake of being stranded in the town the kids rule turn out to be nasty and mean. the woman is a real b and the guy a war vet is totaly mental that when  they find one of the kids that was offered as a sacrifice they freak and the woman screams at the guy. saying we need to go to the cops you mowed him down. then the woman which guess was a touch of stephen winds up taken prisoner and actully has sex with one of the evil kids. as the guy is trapped in the corn field and the end has the kids still standing and sending zebkieta to his final fate who fans who seen the original verison is the kid who screams outlander outlander we have your woman. not in this version he gets sent to the corn field to be sacrified and tells his lover to take care of their unborn baby and then the film ends with the kids still standing. as cy fi does a third visit to children of the corn. with help from the master and creator of said tale Stephen king guess they are trying to make nice so when the dark tower is made they can get the tv rights  to i  still children of the corn showing scy fi is getting ready for halloween. for any version the kids are still nasty pycho creepy as hell.

the fall season has just begun and already two casulties have happend. the cw has pulled the plug on the modeling show a beughtifull life after only four episodes which starred Misha barton and was created by Aston kutcher. so they will have melrose place repeats in its place  will not be ready till jan two reality shows plus the thing was a little too similar to americans next top model. one show dead now. and the other casuelty of the new season is the cleaner . Aand e has decided to not give the Benjiman brat show about a former drug addict who helps get addicts clean and off drugs. decided no third season. instead more reality crap to replace it. guess the fact that the show was inspiring real life addicts to get clean some how got the execs to decide on we can not have this show continue. too good. and a nice show. can not have that need room for reality crap. the season barely begun and two shows dead beughtifull mind which all the world needs is another show about super models. and the cleaner . though maybe given the up roar over it getting the ax and since futrama got brought back from the dead. maybe the cleaner will some how rise from the ashes. hopefully on another network. but otherwise the cleaner is the second show killed this season. hopefully soon the remake of melrose place joins the pile.
