looks like fox is two for two for not only did they make nice with the cast of futrama but they have gotten offically ridely scot to direct the alien prequel which the story being a ship returns to earth but gets sent out to answer a distress call only to learn the call was a warning about the aliens. which given how ridely made it known he has wanted to return to the frachise and fox made it known the director who was suppose to direct the film they did not want and would not greenlight it unless ridely came and directed. they got their wish and if by some odd chance the thing does well and breathes new life in the franchise. maybe fox will be game and let ridely do alien five which he and sigourney weaver have made it known they want to do it and have it be where ripley goes to the alien home planet and takes the fight to the acid bleeding gut ripping evil suckers. but looks like to make that happends ridely is going to do the aliens prequel as a way to get fox provided it does well at the box office on board to make aliens five a reality. two for two for fox.

though its yet to be made offical from both the cast of futurama and fox  fans no longer have to decide if they are going to watch the new episodes of futurama with new voices or ingnore them and let the show die a slow death. as fox and the voice cast have come to a deal and the planet express crew will be back sounding their old normal selves as though still has to be made offiical sources say a the cast and fox worked out an agreement and the cast is singing a new deal though they did not get their pay raise. guess fox execs figured out that it would be wrong to try to screw with the formula that made futurama a hit and got it new episodes in the first place. not to mention execs saw the money they could lose if fans kept their word not to watch the new episodes with the new voice cast not to mention when it comes time to decide to renew the simpsons for another season guess the exec did not want to have matt groining use how they messed and scred up the last bit of futurama and use it against them. as all is restored for futurama fans will be having new episodes with all the elements that made the show a hit that refused to die. as fox and the voice cast have made up and fox should make it offical any time proably next week or sooner.

bowing to the uproar over the knowledge that some of those including banks wound up using bailout money to give bonuses over a million bucks. congress and for the first time in defiance of the president passed a bill that limits executive pay the bill the house passed makes it so stockholders have a non binding say on any bonuses given to execs and forbids compensation directors from having ties to the company they are trying to get a bonus for. the first step in the presidents plan to have oversight on the instiutions whose risky behavior caused this mess plus in defiance the bill also  prohibbits pay incentives for workers to take risks that could turn out dammaging to the economy in other words the golden parchutes and free money from bailout congress finaly had enough and turned off the tap by passing the bill the senate takes it up in sept after the break. the big quesiton since its goes farther then the president wanted will he sign it or vetoe it.

when  michel and fis money laundering friend asks them for help for turns out he had his ledger that keeps track of all the money for his clients taken by his new girlfriend who turns out is a crime boss leader fi and michel and sam go after the goods espiclay when the contact who says he can get michel back gets invovled has in interest int he ledger. as they go into aciton even getting madyline on the action which in turn she makes them fix her roof. for she is still holding a grudge witth having the house blown up. as michel and sam do some intergation fi takes their main fish with her as she claims to be a normal woman with a kid who her boyfriend is threaing to kill then asks fi to use the ladies room right when michel and sam learn she is the main boss and michel showing his feelings for fi tries to warn her. to no avail as fi and her almost gun it out only to have the big boss lady slip away into the crowd . for as she tells fi you would not open fire into a crow of kids. as fi after learning filk had michel contacted by one of the guys who can help him. fi tells michel he should not alline himself with the guy then says she is leaving miamie walking out on michel for what may be the last time .and burn notice will also be back for a new season.  and all that is left is plain sight gettign a pick up and u.s.a network has it made and it looks like jeffery dovans arrest for dui did not hurt hte series for its got a pick up .as the season finaly appraches.

good news hank and crew will have a lot more time and cases to deal with as royal pain got okayed for a second season.  hank winds up besides trying to figure out what is next for him and rachel winds up having to contend with a childrens book ilistrator with an attitude who is also self medicating from herbal teas  hank finds out when the guy who turns out has a heart condtion checks out of the hospital  and has hank look like he stole him from rachel. as dibia on a solo mission takes care of another guy who is actuly taub from house who turns out is suffering after he rants about diba being an assitant and hank finaly shows up saying he trusts diba that the guy is suffering from being bit by an fruit fly. as hank also treats a guy who keeps hicupping turns out mussle spasms. as evan tries to hold meetings. and hank finds out when the guy starts to go toxic yells the meds he was taking have mande him worse so with help from rachel and quick thinking onca gain hank saves another and the guy gives hank the first copy of his new book and signs it for rachel. who says its an all or nothing romance she is repeaing with her ex charlie with hank. as only a few more episodes till the season finaly .

just when dr. Seus fans and lovers thought the live action monstrositys of the cat in the hat and how the grinch stole Christmas fixed it so Dr. Seuses beloved works would be spared Hollywoods butchery of trying to adapt them to the big screen. sadly it did not work as it turns out the next of Seus classics the lorax  is headed to join the cat and grinch on the big screen. with plans that the thing will be cig computer animated.  and being done by unviersal studioes to be directected by chirs reunud and  paul and ken daurio who are also writting the script with a release date of march 2 2012 the birthday of .dr seuss what a birthday gift he would have gotten if he had lived a film version of the Lorax. at least universal got smart and decided not to try it live action and just leave it as it works best animated.  and hope it proves that dr. Seuss work can be translated to the big screen without it becoming bad messed up cheesy horror films like the cat in the hat film was and the grinch also. wonder if this means the star bellied sneetches coudl be next or hop on pop.provided it does well at the box office. and hope they at least have the belly bear song on the soundtrack

the remake list just keeps growing and talk about reaching for back as warner brothers now plans to remake the Erol Flyn classic from 1935 showing that hollywood is getting so they have to reach almost to the beginings of films for remake material but warner brothers has just given the okay for the classic captain kid to be remade but the setting is going to be in space. yes the pirate classic and as their way to try and give pirates of the caribian a run for its money plans are to have the film set in space. captain kid the space pirate. and who ever gets the lead will have some classic shoes to fill. proving that hollywood is getting to where it has ro each across decades for remakes ideas now. not to mention plans are also to do a new verison of the animated classic the sercrets of Nimh  with the plans to make the thign a mixture of live action and focuse more on the source material mrs. Brisby and the rats of NIMH more of the orginal book. wonder given how hollywood is now reaching across the decades and now grabbing animated classics like NIMH how long before the remake train goes after Metropolis . and since they are remaking Nimh. wonder if any studio feels the time is right to dare touch watership down or wizards  and risk traumitizing a whole new generation who have yet to actully see both films. espcially how violent the animated version of the classic watership down is . and wizards the cult classic is so messed up that a remake could only improve it. as hollywood remake train is looking like its near emepty erol flyns classic and the Secret of NIMh on the remake liist and a chance for new fans.

making it known that his little get together aka the beer summit with prof gates and the cop that arrested gates in his house so both parties can finaly clear the air without the press. and that its likely the president will not be issuing an apology for saying the cops acted stupidely when they arrestet gates in his house which was his opinion on the whole. thing the president says the get together is not a summit for the title beer summit is wrong its just a get together with beers  not a summit. for all the president will be doing is talking with Gates and the cop who arrested him and let the two sides proably clear the air and also all three will be having a beer . which is historic for very few like the cop and gates actully wind up having a cold one with the president. and no dobut the president detrackers and of course republicans will be keeping track of the thing and ready to pounce and proclaim the president got drunk with gates and the cop.  our president got drunk is what the republicans and his distracters will be saying. as the president made it known the thing is not a summit its just three guys getting together and having some cold ones. for after all  who says the president can not have a beer if he wants and with a friend .

even as they got a deal with the blue dogs and things looking good that the energy committie now that a deal has been made that cuts the price tag of the health care bill and also excludes protecting small businesses which should have been done first. the house states that even with the new deals and things getting close to a bipartisian one. health care is not going to proalby be done before the break for latest vote is coming is septemember  even as health care is giving the presidents approval some hits. congress contiues to work and work but making it known that health care is far from done and also is not going to be rushed and haphazard as even with the latest deal made to get health care reform closer to reality congress is working and working with the house committie saying a final version will be done by tomorrow though a vote will no not happend till sep as expected which means the president may have health care as a xmas gift coming.

not only is fox in hot water over reports they are trying to recast futurama with new voice actors. but now they will have family guy fans screaming even though fox has shown a love for seth mcfarlane by not only paying him millions and millions but giving the spin off cleavland  a two season commitment sight unseen. yet fox hmade it known that they have decided the will not air an episode next season that deals with abortion entitled parental terms of dedearment. seth view is fox execs reason to not air the episode is it scares the crap out of them yes fox exs seem to be scared of an episode of one of their animated series that is dealing with abortion.  though seth made it known the he expected the episode would not get the okay to air . and said it will wind up on the dvd of the season . which given the bann and given that dvd sales are what resurected the show the set is sure to sell mostly for fans will buy it to see the abortion epsidoe that scared the crap out of execs they had to bann it. for south park did stuff  like it and never has been banned except when tom cruise tried to get the episode trapped in the closet pulled. yet fox execs are scared of family guy tackling the subject of abortion.

showing that he has trouble with authority joey violates one of the rules by going out and getting drunk and bringing a girl who turns out to be a hooker  and terry the roomates boss almost catches them. then joana boy friend matt comes for a visit and shows how needy and jeloous and possive he is thinking joana was going to cheat with cj but after he leaves she gets tempted and hooks up with a guy. as joey after not going to work ticks off the manager who berates the whole group has a meltdown saying that the program is a good program and one has to face displinary action and they all have to get their acts together and give one hundred percent. and joey manages to wind up on probation and avoid being sent home though he has to work extra shifts and aiea seems to have been quiet the whole episode  as joey dislike of authority gets  him in hot water almost sent home.

what is sure to become a free speech and first amendment case and proving that one has to be carefull what they say in things like twitter and other social networking sites given the lawsuit happy state the nation has become. a Texas woman named Ann borren is now being sued by her landlord company chicago horizon for 50 grand under the charges of slander all because Ann put on her twitter might as well come over for who says sleeping in a mold filled house is bad for you not Horizon which says they filed the suit over the tweet after they found it doing research since they claim ann filed a suit first over the mold. not to mention Horizon filed the suit months after Ann finaly moved out of the place due to the mold not to mention the mold charge is not the only issue Horizon has had to deal with from health violations to cockroaches. Horzion cred is supsect though so far the only thing they have manged with their suit is to get Ann to shut down her twitter account. and also now with a rep of being a sue happy company over anything for no doubt the judge in the case will see that the tweat which only 20 people follow Ann could fall under Ann expressing her opinion on having mold in her place. for after all surely the first amendment applies online for Ann was exercising her free speech even though it got her a lawsuit for doing so. not to mention the publicity has already did dammage to Horizon as a nasty company.hope the judge either throws it out  or a settlement is reached. since the court costs in the end are not worth it for after all. Ann was just exercising her free speech but Horizon  is saying she hurt them by talking about the mold in her former place so they sue for slander. all over a tweat put on twitter. sure to wind up a first amedment as it applies online if the case winds up going to trial.

proving that its just going to be slow but far from dead much to the chargin of the republicans. and those against the whole idea. even though the president says now health care bills will not be voted on and passed till the fall since as part of the deal reached with the blue dog dems who threatended due to some concerns they had to block the bill in the energy committie. but now a deal has been reached that one cuts 100 billion of health care from the price tag plus it puts in protection for small businesses something that any health care bill should do and should have been one of the first things since they will be paying a price for the changes. plus the agreement to advance health care includes any public option has no mandate and remains public no goverment invovlement. plus the deal also says the house willl now not vote on health care till sept. but at least another optical that could have deralied health care has been taken care of closer and closer.and the deal also has republicans looking at supporting the thing another health care reform obstacle taken care of and anothe rkey closer to getting it into reality.

what only took about ten years and proving that to survive  sooner or later sometimes a deal with a devil has to be made. its finaly happen microsoft has wound up after trying  only to walk away afterwards. has wound  up finaly having yahoo . yahoo finaly figured out the only way its going to survive and be able to give google some competion is to wind up having help so its now bed partners with microsoft which microsoft plans to use yahoo to get its new search engine bing out to more people. and no doubt the justice department will be looking closely at the deal on anti trust grounds and no doubt google will have something to say aboubt the deal since they passed due to the goverment saying a google yahoo deal is a monopoly and violates anti trust laws.microsoft is sure it will pass muster with the justice department and the deal will be valid in the end. as microsoft finaly gets its hands on yahoo

with congress knowing they will not reach the deadline for health care. and the republicans piece by piece weaking or offering support removing key parts of the overhaul he wants. the president is finding himself soon having to make a choice which also puts him in a catch twenty two.for compromise to get health care passed and wind up with the thing being nothing in the end as key parts obama wants winding up gone to get support or just finaly step in and just pass the thing without republican support at all and thus proably  kill any chance of ever having any bipartisian ship on anything . eihther way a catch twenty two compromise and wind up with a health care reform bill that does not change anything and is a shark with no teeth or step in and have the republicans screaming that the president wanting bipartisian ship was just talk. the choice is coming for the president to make on health care reform to try and get the thing to not derail since another deadline is going to be missed

given how the dems will not give up making sure the president gets one o his main agendas his health care reform passed one way or the other. the republicans now as expected since there is only so long they can delay the thing espically with the medical special iterest and lobbyist groups wanting it with the ama and the insurance companies leading the charge the republicans now have from the conservitive part of their base and what has conspircy theorists going nuts. the republicans have a new scare tactic that the presidents health care reform plan is a now a secret plot to kill senior citizens  and as one republican senator from michigan stated on the topic the health care bills being worked on are a back door attempt to legalize assisted suicide. proving the republicans must really be running out of time and are so afraid that health care reform is going to happend in the end to come up with this new scare tactic for one the goverment will not ever okay assistated sucided for that to them would be okaying murder . or them acutlly finaly legalizing the oldest living proffession not going to happend. and two the bit of about killing senior citzens the last country that actully did something like that was germany under rule of hitler. congress would never ever let something like that even be written up with out proably throwing the person in prison not to mention the thing would be shot down as fast as possible but looks like health care reform is getting closer and closer to becoming law as the republicans have a new scare tactic health care reform a plot to kill senior citizens  or oaky assisited suicide.

what is going to be one of the omg moments of reality tv in a long time. joe continued his meltdown and got into gordons face saying step outside and gordon proved to be the master proving joe can talk the talk but can not back it up and went packing swearing with gordon saying what is going to be a classic reality tv line i am no ones bitch. then the teams went to bed only to have a fire drill and wound u having to cook for the firemen pasta but the blue team lost due to andy no being able to figure out how to cook the garlic bread and use all five stoves to move. plus two of the guys got injured bruised ankles and a fractur in the one guys wrist who he managed to work as a waiter but the guys still wound up losing though they did make it through the diner service and in the end tony was sent packing and no one else since thanks to joes meltdown no one else sent from hells kitchen but the big talk of the show is joe trying to get into a fight with gordon ramsey or as one contestant put it a run away train  that learned its useless against a force and devil like gordon ramsey.

even though she still has a few big republicans against her mostly the two top ones. sotomayor just picked up a big victory as the judiciary comitte voted yes on sending her nomination to the full senate for a vote which is scheduled for next week one of the last things congress has to do before they take their break. but odds are good that the full senate vote since sotomayro has most of the dems supporting her that the vote will just be a formality and come the next term of the u.s supreme court the justices will be welcoming a new member and history will be made as the first hispainic and third woman to serve on the highest court in the land will be hearing arguments in sept for the courts next term as the judicary committe okayed her nomination and sent it to the full senate for confirmation. the end of the race for sotomayor. and maybe some more history made by the president
