even though it sounds like an oxymoron congress and ehtics together. the house passed an ethic reform bill that among other things and much to some cogressmembers saying it will hurt their fund raising efforts.it bans members of congress from taking gifts from lobbyists including private jet trips.  and gifts also   make lobbyist disclose payments to thenm and bar congressmen from attending parties in their name and also to keep influence under control forbid congress aides from hiring based on who they lobby for . plus it also finaly takes away the pensions of congressmembers convicted of stuff like bribery or perjury or other crimes wonder if that includes those like helping out the oldest living profession. but mostly after some fighting that delayed the bill members of congress must with in 48 hours reveal earmarks aka their pet projects and also stated they in no way benfit any family member of congress. the main thing the dems wanted int he bill besides punishing members of congress who commit crimes. the senate is expected to pass the bill later this week. though the big question will be will bush sign it or will he vetoe it due to the bann on excepting things from lobbyists including if they offer to pay for presidental libriers and also the part of overdue disclong earmarks . something that has been long overdue .but congress passing an ethic bills a change really must have happend or hell has gotten colder.

just when it looked like reality tv is  finaly fading from bombs like pirate masters clones of the bachlor. even survior taking a  little dip. but seems just when it looked like the beast is on its last legs more reality shows pop up like cockroaches this time shows featuring washed up celebes. from scot baio having a midlife crisis and scared ot finaly seettle down .  to a&e not learning from the sons of hollywood for come on does the world really want to see cory feldman and cory haim living in a rented house in vancover trying to plan to retake hollywood. for cory haim and cory feldman spend most of the show revisitng past glories from twenty years ago. and also paris hitlon and nicole richie you would think after all the mess paris caused the public would stop tuning into the sureal life and send the message to her and nicole go away enough . and message ot tori spelling a reality show is a good way to kill your marrige take it from boby brown and whitney hulk and linda. with gene being the exception since he is too scared to marry shannon after all these years. and lets not forgot paula abdul think the reality show is the cause for her crazy behavior of late. and also bret michels really should have fired his agent for suggesting he rip off flavor of love. as reality tv shows it refuses to die this time going after washed up celebs who want another shot of fame. 

amazingly now there are only two standing on hells kitchen that three people managed to make it all the way to the finals wihtout turning around and walking away from all the testing to be better chefs ramsey was doing and all the times chef ramsey thought their service wasn't good enought. but three finaly made it and as a treat jen rock and courtney had to turn dishes like pork and beans and spagettie and meatballs and chicken wings into something classy a new twist and then their dishes would be sampled and judged by their own mothers.with the winner having dinner with ramsey and his mother yes the woman who brought chef reamsey into the world. and the winner turned out to be jen leaving rock and courtney to clean up the dorm then it was the service where each one took charge and ramsey tested them by sabotaging a dish ready to go out from some pasta to steak and stuff and all three caught it . and courtney even didn't lose her cool when they ran out of something. and the servive actully was impressive but finaly ramsey had to send someone home an dit turned out to be jen. so its down to rock and courtney the nanny to win the resturant of their own and prove to be the ultimate winner of hells kitchen and they dserve it for managing to make it through the whole season with chef ramsey and his fire and brimstone ways. 

what has been a long thought breakthrough hoped for. scientists  finaly found a key to what may cause ms and a future cure as they discovered a gene in the nervous system linked to the disease . which has the scientists happy and also drug companies who know may be able to come up with better treatments for it and also the scientists taking part in the research the findings being the first key finaly to a cure for the devistating disease the results were made availible in the nature gentics and the journal of medicine the scientits  examing more then 10,000 samples of dna  from ms patients wound up finaly find the new link which researches have been tryign to find for thirty years. and now they have finaly found it . and hope the discovery will lead to a better treatment or even a way to avoid the onset of the diseases dammage since the exact cause of it is still unknown but now with the researcher scientists have found the first key to actully being able to find ot what causes ms finaly and the first steps someday to  better treatment and the first step to finaly the cure for it though there is still along road to go before that ever happends for the finding is the first key after looking so long reserchers finaly got a breakthrough in the goal to find a cure fo rdisesesa like ms by finaly finding a gene that is a key to causing it. 

tproving that hollywood is indeed a place of another reality. plans are in place to control the pigeon population by putting the birds on birth control pills yes birth control pills are no longer thansk to hollywood for humans but now as away to control the animal population that needs it. the plan is authoritiesstarting next week will be putting the pill called ovoconp into feeders which in turn will stop ege production and as result slowly control the poop production of the birds no new birds added to the over 500 thousand pigeones arleady calling hollywood home means no new birds adding to the poop problem. as for if peta will have a fit over the plan acutlly turns out and what has got to be a first peta was along with the human society were the ones who came up with the idea and aprproched officals about doing it saying it more humane. yes peta actully okaying cotnroling the pigoens by giving them the pill. and also taking some credit for what is the first in the nation for animal control. for turns out its a pilot program no other state i state is doing it and if the pill works the pigeon pop will by 2012 be reduced by half. for hollywood realy can't bring in the pigeons natural predators  eat the birds too many though one bad thing is the so called bird lady once the pills works will have to find something else to feed. but peta actully is teaming up to help control pigeons by okaying giving the birds birth control pills andthis week the view will fianly reveal who will join them.

proving that finaly the baseball hall of fame caught up and has taste cal ripkien got inducted into the hall of fame today and the first person he thanked was his wife but finaly he is in the hall of fame. which given how he surprased lou gerings record of longest consectuvie games which will be a long time before some one beats that and as for records sadly barry bonds didn't get the record he was after for he didn't get a home run and only needs one to tie  and a few more to claim it but he didn't do it plus even if he does make it the next time there is the matter of if he took illegal steroids which to some fans if bonds does finaly claim the record most willnot be happy and be thinking it is forever tainted for the record was claimed by a player who used illegal substances. to help him. but bonds has to get the record first. at least the hall of fame now can call cal ripkin a member. as he got inducted and somewhere pete rose is proably wishing he can enter that place but the bann and time limit for him has epxired. and as for barry bonds if it is proved he used steroids he will proably be looking and wishing he cold be in the hall also someday.  

proving that even aftter 18 years that like the tv show the simpsons had what it took on the big screeen to take number one . the simspons film took the number one spot today ranking in  79.3 million. which given its only been out three days that is a good proving simspons fans love for homer and bart and company and seeing their antics  on the big screeen considering its been talked about for so long though the orignal plan was after the series went off the air. and matt got the information at comic con. where he was doing the simspons pannel and no doubt was amazed and happy the film is number one and no doubt fox is also happy given how much promotion and how much they spent having the film made for animation isn't cheap. plus matt revealed spider pig will show up on the show this coming season which premires sept 12 and also contains the alan moore episdoe where he  visits a rival comic store that may put comic book guy out of busines. plus matt revealed jack black and kevin smith are also part of said episode. but as for another simpson movie matt has ruled it out . for it took so long to make this one and i am sure once the series is done the statff and cast will want a lon over due break. though right now they can enjoy the news that they have the number one fim at the box office simspsons number one. wonder if matt would ever do his first strip life in hell as an animated movie or series. maybe after the simpsons are off the air.someday 

gene finds out what his idea of hell is like when tracy invivites shannon and gene to attend the kentucky derby with her new boyfriend. and gene learns the hard way never spend a long weekend with your wife and the sisters in law from them spending about a grand on wardrobe to gene having to sleep on a cot since no hotel room left so he shares tracy and shannons. and windsup sleeping by the ac . then shannon winds up betting a 1 thousand on a horse. and gene flips out  over losing that much money and then tries everyting to fix thigns from rummaging through the horse poop to see if the horse is a winner to even watching the test runs of the horses plus stacy sharon and gtene wind up in the jockey locker room when they are naked. naked guys  makes gene really happy. epsically trying to not lose his moeny . then gene tries to sell the ticket at a party. for about 90 grand. to no takers then he triees to get the ticket refunded before the race. but no luck finaly gene and sharon and stacy  watch the race and see as their horse loses a hudred grand go bybe bye till gene reveales he bet on all the horses. for as gene has stated many times he always gets what he wants and not to lose a thousand hunrdred grand was what he wanted and he did.

talk about the credit card companies going after new people  but as one busines man found out the hard way some time the the companies methods leave headaches for accountants frank van buren he got one when he decided to order a couple of his exon mobile card again that was set to expire he got it but a thousand more cards also . for seems exon mobile wanted his business so much they sent him 2,000 cards by mistake the company now knows it what did frank do with the extra cards the right thing he took a scciros and destroyed them all since they had his information on them ripe for id. thives and frank wants to be conpensated by the company for the hours it took him to destroy theext extra cards. wonder  what the person who okayed the cards for frank was on or did they press a wrong key and get 2,000 cards instead of two. and thats  not the first time the credit card companies did this type of goof but not as big as franks. for a wman in texas learned the credit card companies gave her six year old son a few in his name. the woman canceled the cards but the company keeps sending more. plus another woman had her dog get credit cards. its not as if the credit card companies are so desperate for new users or businesses for after al they got congress to change the bankrupty laws to make it harder to file bankrupty for credit card debt the liqdation kind. but seems the credt card companies want new users so much they are going after dogs kids and also sending an acocunt 2. 000 of them.proving that some times the credit card comapnies don't know what they are doing besides being the leading cause of debt

things get  really intense for jane and the rest of the group from a so called faith healer that dna test s have him as a non neuro. to janes powers going out of control that she is firing electricity though at first it seems the team was being abushed by someone with a grundge. to riley and seth having to check their security. and jane having seth once again playing cloak and dagger as adrie discovers a security breeach at the hightest levels of the ones  who they work for and seth could be a suspect as a leak in medical is also found. forcing andre to take his team black  as jane winds up with a promotion also due to the side effects of the healers powers on her as seth and adnrie reveal the guy is a neuro for seems when he touched jane he caused her power to also be able to change thing to appear as she want them to including a neuor not be a neuro which andrie for the saftey of her and the team tries to chip her and her power goes nuts stoppping it then jane decides to chip the healer and her powers return to normal again. as adrie learns the leak are contiuing and that his team could also wind up comprosmied next.  as jane decides to once again not havee some answeres. for she still doesn't know if she is a neuro or something else alltoghter.  and the simpsons film is in its second day of being in the theatres does homer and family have what it takes for some box office gold or did they learn too late to just stick to the tv series.

if its one thing the doctor never wants to happend is the daleks being able to get more powerfull. as on dr. who the doctor and martha wind up on an earth where the depression has just started in new york where workers are winding up helping build the empire state building that turns out is being used to help the last daleks evovle as those who get replaced become  pig slaves in experiments. the doctor and martha soon follow some of the new batch to the empire state buiding and discover a dead dalek the doctor gets suspicous and when martaha goes missing and gets captured for the final exerpiment. the doctor races to save her and put a stop to the daleks who as in the history of the show start screaming and getting pissed when they see the doctor then one of the daleks merges and shows what happends if a human would mate with those evil squid tin cans and its not pretty and that only part one. for its a two partner and no clues to the master this time.  and the simpson film is finaly out the question is did the creators make a mistake putting homer and family on the big screen for so far the critics don't like it.

even though abc says they are still working out a deal nothing final yet sources say that sometime next week it will be made offical that come fall both whoopie goldbergi and sherri sheppard who holds the record for being guest co host will be part of the view. come fall which will add as some fans say some interesting dymanics espicailly the way joy behar and whoopie act like a female abbot and costalo. plus sheri being on the show the day of the blow up between rosie and elizibeth and still comes back to co host proves she would be an interesting fit. which once its offical whoopie would be rosies replacement and sherie would finaly fill the seat left by star when she quit the show and caused the rif with barbera. thus bringing back the different viewpoints that is part of the view. though abc has stated they are still working out a deal with whoopie . but looks like after so long the view come fall will finaly have two long vacant seats filled whoopie and sherie. wonder if they do become the new hosts for the view come fall if they will have rosie as a guest. or is she banned from the show after the fight heard around the world. but the view come fall may be up two whoopie and sherie.

its finaly offcal as today at the warner brothers movie pannel at comci con zack snyer finaly made it offical about watchman from the cast. including now steve mchallie as hollen mason. to the revealtion that dr. manhattan with be cgi with billy crudup doing the motions like what andy serkis did for gollum. and that he wants to do the pirate story plus the vitnam scene and all the characters back stories will be in the film. for zack also said sets are being built including new york and mars in vancover where they will shoot. and its r rating. plus zack says when asked if he plans on talking to alan moore that alan wanted his name off the film and zack will comply but he is talking to co creator david gibson. regularly . though zack hopes alan watches the dvd and says he didn't fuck it up too baddly. and why only one actor for the roles even though the charecters change ages in the book zack didn't want to actors for the same role more cgi. and gues that means though he didn't reveal it that bastubia adrieans pet will be cgi also. but finaly after rumors since day one zack snyder confirmed the cast and how he is going to do the film version of watchman which is due out in theatres march 6 09 so fans will have to wait a couple more yeears but they have waited so long for the classic to be done as a film a few years isn't going to hurt watchman fans plus the offical movie cite is now up with plans for production blog soon. but its finaly happend zack revealed the plans for watchman which means he has gone farther then those who tried before with the project like casting and filming in sept proving the one project hollywood kept thinking was immpossible to do is no longer the phonix that is the watchman film lives this time  all the way. to the big screen. though not till march 09

talk about a new twist to trying to achieve higher education. as in ill a college apllication wound up having to have the bomb squad look it over . when it was delivered and drooped off wrapped in nothing but brown paper so the college did as a security precaution called the bomb squad and they took care of the thign which turned out to be  misspelled and had a lot of typos and doubtfull the one who wrote it got accepted. and in cin another college student now has to get his eduction behind bars for he wound up robbing a bank to pay tution. and inother strangenest  in nj someone one stole a womans pool yes a pool got stolen and the owners made thought is what happend to the water in it. for how does one steal a swimming pool without getitng seen and also manage to move one without losing the water. in georgia a dog winds up capturing some theives who break into the training kennel for guard dogs. in tenn a lawn mowing company is offering to have the lawns mowed by employeees in bikinies isn't that what hugh hefner has the bunnies at the mansion do. in bulgeria a reported stiches his mouth shut to protest censorship that is going to hurt when the stiches come out. in china animal control capture 250 aligators that were lose and smuggled into the country. and the first lawsuit has beeen filed in newyork over the steam pipes bursting to the tune of 25 million by a business owner whose work got wrecked by the steam. though a big question is why is new york still  using old steam pipes have they not heard of steel pipes or to update 

 just when it looked like michel could have some peace a little bit on burn notice he finds it not so as he discovers his brother still hanign around and once again michel winds up having to work with is brotherthis time help jake who got himself involved with some arms dealers  plus having to make sure fi doesn't finaly teach sam a few leasons when she finds he bugged the car  that michels brother now wants saying its in their fathers will. michel says no way. and sam winds up feeling guilty and tells michel the feds want more from him about michel so michele cooks  up something. by arranging to have same break into his place and give the feds a bone which then turns out to get them leaving sam for good only to tell him they are being replaced looks like who ever michel pissed off for the notice is taking the game up a notch or michel is getitng very close to finding out who ordered the notice. as michel takes on the gun runners by joining the gang and playing them against each other  and sam complaing about michels choice of beer. as fi brings up bugging the car.  so thats what sam does to help by bugging the dealers car. and getting some dirt. and then to prove his worth to the dealers michel blows up stuff good. and then takes them down and winds up keeping the charger and yes the mother from helll makes an appearance at the end of the episode plus turns out fi can make explosives. would hate to cross her . as nate keeps searching for the will. and michel tries to figure out why he got the car. wonder what the creators will do when michel finaly finds the guy who gave the burn order . and twenty fours hours simspon fans will see homer and company on the big screeen.

proving once again that the sci fi channel likes to take risk and that stan lee  still is willing to see an idea throught even if its bad and scary . the second season of who wants to be a superhero returns with new conestants  known as defuser braid who is a rip off of medusa burshar hygena a cleaning maid lady  ms limelight hyperstrike whip snap who looked like grace johnes lost clone.mr. mihyemah and pathon all trying to follow the guy feedback from last season and win their own comic. minset looking like lex luthor in his power suit  as their first test was to rescue a kidnapped stan lee by getting through some obstatcles at the sewer plant where whip snap falls down but gets up again though costs her team the win. thenturns out stan faked the kidnapping it was a test the second one was they had to invesigate a crime scene and help the owener who seemed more intrigued with the costumes then giving information about the crime. then the third one was to try and help but most spent more time trying to change their tire. a few helped the delivery guy which was just partheon. while burhra and hygena helped the old lady with her walker and none helped a lost dog even with its barking and stan said the poor thing could still be there at the lamppost. finaly elimantion time and up was braid ms limelight and mrmly yerman who looked like he was about to have a stroke if stan had sent him packing. but in the end it was braid who was the first to go on a new season of who wants to be a superhero proving once again stan lee may have finaly lost his mind to come up with something like this. and then the sci fi channel briging it back again.
