the new reality show from mark burnet to fill the gap till survior returns turned out to be nothing but a surivior clone this time making it about being pirates where the winner would walk away with a treasure chest of loot worth a million. with two teams red and black who are each given a map and compass from a big chest that as the host says has fourteen compartments each one giving a map to treasure which turns out the ones who find it keep it. but when they elect their pirate captain he gets a share of the loot . so if they come back with like 2 grand he gets half though unlike surivor the crew can decide to mutiny and get rid of their captin the winner turned out to be jo don. and as for sending some packing like survior or to walk the plank . the votes are done by a card placed on a dagger and the first to  be sent a packing was some guy named john who wanted to be captain but didn't happend for the votes were urnamious for if they are given a schrool that has a black mark that means elimnation by the pirates counsil. and once again this show will show how greedy the cotestants are going to be for the million. for the pirat theme just adds on to the greed and back stabbing. for this time the costants will be wanting to make someone walk the blank or cut their competions throats to win. or maybe a muntiny as the game progress and thankfully they aren't violating any laws against piracy. for the treasure is aranged by cbs. and mark burnet a survior done pirates style.

proving how  the fast food industry can be in mimia a hardes manger wound up taking some bullets when a customer demanded some more chile packets but was told he had his limit and when the manager came to ivestigate he opened fire shooting the manager thankfully the injuires didn't wind up life threating. proving how dangerous the industry has become. in other strangeness. in wv a thief broke into and stole some cops stuff. like his gun and handcuffs. in tokyo a thief broke into a hotel and stole a gold plated bathtub one why would you paint a bathtub gold two how come the thief if they needed a tub didn't just go buy one and paint it gold and how did the thief manage to get the thing out of hotel without security catching the thief. in london a guy is eating corgi hot dogs protesting how the royals treat foxes during their hunt. in min a glitch gives a former school woker millions of bucks now charged with fraud. in virgina a guy who got ran over by a semi truck survies some bullets with his phone. in milwakee a thief asks the woman he is robbing for a date and her number hate to say it but woman don't take kindly to dating someone who stole their stuff and invaded their privacy and security. in alaska a thief was found asleep in the garaged of the place he was robbing. and in wis a guy was charged with stealing 5000 girls shoes since he liked the smell of them yep seems he broke into schools and stole them from lockers. if he liked shoes so much why didn't he go visit emila marcos and get his fix.

one thing about the guy who wound up getting board a flight with a strain of tb that is resistant to drugs his behavior exposed a flaw in airport security for the guy was on a do not fly list due to having tb. yet he managed to get aboard risking other passengers not to mention the flight crew as fly to his destination so he could get married. the big question authorities are asking is since the guy was on a do not fly list why did the airlines let him on board instead of telling him no. for boarder guards had his name on a list and yet he drove back into the country got aboard a flight and flew. thus exposing a big flaw the system the goverment uses to keep diseases like tb from crossing the boarder failed due to one a communication breakdown and the guy and his wife managing to allude officals at security points  showing how vunerable the nation is since the qurinteen laws that would be used on the guy officals say are outdated. for what if the guy didn't have tb but the next superflu instead and he got on board a fligh. after he was told in rome not to the big question is should the authorties have gotten the italian ones to help and  put the guy in isolation. that plus custom officals didn't put him on the no fly list till he was in canada. not to metion that if he had chosen too he would have one a court battle challenging qurientteen one thing about this case it will proably have congress and the president wanting to finaly update the qurinteen laws. due to the uproar this case has caused not to mention try to patch the security gaps.

another reason jay and tyler really need to find  will is if nothing else to figure out who he royaly pissed off in the goverment to have homeland security want jay and tyler dead. as  on the run jay and tyler go to his dads place who reveals a plan to get them to switerland since the extradition laws are so tough that the goverment will have a hard time trying to get them plus they can't be napped as terroists either and to show he is somewhat serious even though jay starts to get suspicous of tylers pop due to conversations and revleaitons with will say he is the reason tyler was broke and romming with them. plus he actully has the fbi faked out when they move in to take him. then he introduces him to some secret help a spin doctor who saves political and the rich careers or as tylers father puts it makes sadam like an angel who agrees to take them to switerland. and then makes them take some polygraphs that reveal jay helped wil once with explosives and that he blames the lost of his father on the goverment to some motive for helping wil. as he refuses to leave due to his girlfriend being under custody then tylers father reveals he is needed since tyler can't handle the hard stuff of life. so they take off only to learn the goon  is actully trying to assainite them when they see him kill a cop. then they take matters into their own hands and get him to lie as they take his car and contiue the running looking for wil. and given the show has an eight episode deal so far if it does well maybe it will  contiue and draw things out though if it doesn't they will have  to sooner or later have wil appear. even if its not till next season if the show comes back.

and the gonalesze scandal still contiues to cause waves as congress had gotten wrd that the justice department is now because of the testimony of gonalzes former aide that she might have asked poltintial job apllicants their political views and thus proving that the firings might be polticaly motivated the justice department has decided to do an enternal investatigation of their hiring practices to see if in deed some applicatns were indeed hired or considered due to their politcial allageince or some were rewarded if they were for bush . the probe hgaving some in congress raising red flags that the white house might have indeed used the justice department to stack the deck with their political followeres. though the justice dept investaging themsevles kind of looks like the fox guarding a hen house fo the temptation to try and cover up stuff if they find indded the testmony was true to cover up stuff to protect each other who might have been involved plus bush no doubt will try like he has done by making sure karl rove doens't testify before congress to either stop the investigation or make sure certain findings aren't revealed to congress that might shed a bad light. espically given that the valrie plue case jsut revealed she was indeed  a covernt agent and working when her name was revealed. seems gonalze may wind up taking down his soon to be former department with him as they now are investinging their own behavior. to see if most of the hirings were doe to polical loyalty to the president. even thoujgh whats to stop the justice dept from trying to cover up if they find something bad.

with days left before jack kervorkian is freed from prison for helping some termminaly ill patients end their life. one thing he did was now make assisted sucidie a hot issue with the coutnry divided between actully being in favor of letitng doctors help patients die if they prove compenent enough to tell the doctor they don't want to live in pain any more to some saying it would be wrong  and barberaci to let patients die that way and let docotrs be allowed to  okay the drugs. so far only oregon  is the only state that legaly allows assistated sucidied as long as the terminaly ill prove comeptant to be able to tell the doctor to eithe radmiister the drutgs or prescribe them that they are sane when they choose to finaly end things. due to suffering from pain. other states have tried to pass similar versions of oregaons law but so far have failed to do and california has one whose final fate rests in the governors hands though he says it should be a ballot issue. asf or if congress or the president would ever okay a natioanl assisted sucide law not likely. as the issue of wheter to let terminaly ill patients who no longer want to contiue be allowed to have the right to either end their lives by  euinassia. or let the doctors do it becomes a new hot issue thanks to jack kervorkian and his sucidice machine. my opinion oregon has the right idea .

the season finaly of house had two things one houses faith  in beliving that science is the answere to everything tested and two house will not only have to replace foreman but he fired chase and cameron quit yep after so long house finaly being in a foul mood and arguing with wilson over trying to convice foreman to stay which foreman didn't since he still doesn't want to wind up like house so he leaves. and then when chase finaly after so many seasons of being the little lap dog argues with house over foreman and how he is to stubborn to try and work something out to keep foreman house fires chase. yes chase finaly gets fired. and then cameraon winds turning in her resignation but not before the three deal with a woman whose after a skydiving accident travels half way around the world just to be treated by house. who has gotten to the point of not answering pages. then when cutey demands he hires chase back house contiues getting more nasty. as they try to figure out why the woman is suffering from extreme arhitis then showing signs of cancer. but then when her heart stops house has to figure out why and only after cpr fails has to put her on bypass. as her husband beguns to pray and when after a blow up with foreman and cutey house finaly tells the husband to prepare to say goodbye they have done all they can but then when house goes to pull the plug finds her heart has restarted.as if god is finaly trying to teach house a lesson.  and then they are able to treat her. as cameron and chase and foreman call it an end of working with house  though next season they will proably wind up coming back for after all who in their right mind would want to actully work for someone like house. without reaching for the pyc drugs for putting up with house as the season comes to a close.

what has proably put a smile on bushes face. cindy shehan has annouced she is quiting the group  she started for citing  among things being tired of the critism and the political bickering plus wondering why the dems wound up giving into bush over iraq. and also saying she wants to finaly have a normal life that she relized that the america she was trying to fight to happend its not going to unless the people do it. that america that she loves wasn't that way any more plus when she had to hold the dems to the same standards as the republicans it was time to call it a day and as she puts it go try to be normal espically when most who joined her cause were doing it for their own agenda. so once again bush seems to have beat another one of his foes as cindy sheehan has called it a day and qut the group she started which also means bush can go to his ranch without finding cindy there. though the anti war protesters will still go on without cindy. and its been barley a week and both donaldy and bill o reily are already gloating about rosey being gonefrom the view they better watch themselves for the old saying goe what goes around comes around and their gloating and taking credit for roseys actions is just the motivation taht will have some people or execs bring rosey back to the airwaves in her own talk show. which might not be long to wait for.

what may to some look like just typical smoke and mirrors to try and save her rep barbera did address rosey quiting the view saying she and the view wished rosey had stayed for th;ey really enjoyed working with her and was sorry the split screen upset her. and they wanted her to come back next season also but sadly it wasn' to be then baraba statted that she and rosey are reall good friends and personaly barbera will miss working with her.  where rosey on her website revealed finaly that one of the reasosn she left was because after her fight heard around the world the deck was stacked against her by the producers plus she felt she was like a foster child that didn't fit in. as was told time to go back. where barbera if nothing else to try to save face was on the air saying they wanted rosey to stay but it isn' t to be so they wish rosey good luck. then they brought up other hosts who left the view like lisa ling the navel ring lady and that debrah and of course risking the wrath and another fight int he media broguth up star leaving the view. and now rosey has been added to the lsit with barbara having to save face and her rep by saying they didn't want her to quit. to some rosey defenders it may look like smoke and mirrors by the view to save face. and disney seems to be upset that piriats three didn't give them bragging rights over totals box office take over sony and spiderman three.

with the holiday gone the big question now for fans of the view is will barbera and the view make any official statement about rosey quiting on tommorrs show or will they just go on and act like rosey quiting after the brawl heard round the world with elizebeth  is just a footnote. for before rosey bolted the plan was that after the memorial holiday they would all be back on the view and be working till the end of roseys contract in june when she origaly was going to leave. but after the fight heard round the world with elizebeth rosey called it quits and tommorrow the view will be back minus rosey. and another casultiy of the fight word from rosey is it looks like her and elizebets friendship is now over and rosey will never talk to elizebeth again. so looks like two casulties were taken in the brawl of the view rosey doing a star johns and leaving early. and her friendship with elizebeth. but the question now is will barbera and the view acknowledge rosey saying bybye early on tommorrows show or will they lie like they did when star left. and as for what rosey will now do one rumor is cbs is offering her twenty million for another talk show.

seems the goverment of poland didn't learn from what happend when the late jerry fawell went after the teletubies and accused tinky winky for being gay that the public repsonse was that the late rev had better things to do then try and attack a kids show over a characters sexual preferance. but now the teletubies are in another scandal this time the goverment of poland is ivnestigating the tv station that put the show on the air for showing the teletubies over claims that tinky winky is gay. the goverments reasoning is mostly homophobic ivestigating to make sure the teletbuies are trying to brainwash its viewrs by some homesexual progaganda which given the country has been accused to be homophobic. they are going after the teletubies which when the late rev made the stink he came out looking ridculus looks like the goverment may be wind up following the same tune espically by wastting time and resources investigating a little kids show characters because of their beliefs about homesexuality when the creators stated that as for as they are concerned the teletbuies gender really doesn't matter and tinky winkys purse was suppose to be a man bag. all this fuss over what little babies are watching when they really don't care if tinky winky wants to swing with the other male or the female teletbuies.

proving the old adage once again that sometime to finaly get solution is to actully work with an old enemy . the u.s and iran are actully in talks over what to do with iraq includking a proposal iran just submitted for a a tri security plan involving the u.s iran and iraq. something that the u.s delgation said they would have to look over plus they also demanded iran if they want to actully help take care of iraq stop arming the insurgents. which is interesting given as expected iran accused the u.s of planning to attack them and also stated they would only talk about iraq not anything else and not their nuke program that they are still in defiance of the u.n and bush is alrady talking about proposing more sanctions as the two delegations actully talked abouth what to do to help iraq become stabile. with the u.s also saying they are only there in iraq to help train their security forces and police forces no plans to lauch an attack on any one else like iran. the talks are going on in bagdad plus iran is also taking issue to the navey exercises the u.s is doing. which is actully amaing the sides are trying to come together over iraq since iran belives the talks are a trap . that plus both sides have actully tried at other crossings to actully break the ice and say we need to work together but it hasn't happend though one wonders  what iran will want in the end to help with iraq since after all iran wouldn't actully be wiling to work with the u.s unless afterwards it can get something in the end if though a stabilized iraq would benifit iran also. but both sides are actully trying to work out a deal signs that maybe that iran could change and someday maybe have a new relationship with the u.s  though given how long the two countrys have been enemies for so long and actully working together shows that war does indeed cause strange alliances. even some unholy ones for the bigger picture of a stabile iraq. and maybe the start of a middle east that finaly gets along with each other.

proving that they are not going to let dustin run the things the rest of the fit club wasted no time and got on with business from staying for kimberlys last weigh in and seeing her new video. to even having a session with the shrink to let thier feelings known and clear the air about dustin. then harvey had them take his own personal obstacle course which the heights freaked warren g and brat who chicken out but warren took the challenge any way and when it came time for the weight in all of them except brat who gained a pound and cledus who hit a platue and wanted to staple his mouth shut. maid their goals with ross getting to set his and maureen a few pounds closer to hers and tiffinay  closer to hers also. the brat gained a pound and the pannel was just harvey and the pychlogist lady for dr. ian was off due to the birth of a new bundle of joy from his wife. and even though dustin abstence was felt by his team they still managed to come out a head on the the giant scale as for dustin he wound up giving an interview showing he seems to be on something ranting on about dogs and treats and the those who know say nothing and no conflice equals nirvina. as for if he is gone for good doesn't look like it for he returns which means harvey and the pannel have to put up with him some more. but fiit club proves that dustins little uproar just made it stronger.

adding a new salvo to the fast food wars. the parent company of hardies and carl jr. filed suit against jack in the box over its one add that shows mr. jack not wanting to say that hardess and carls jr. use the anus of a cow in their burgers compared to jack in the box way of making burgers the company is claiming the ads are misleading and confusing to consumers who may be going to jack in the box due to them thinking thier  places because they don't want to eat a burger that comes from a certain unmentionable part of the cow. the suit is aksing the ad be pulled from the market. talk about a new shot in the so called fast food war. now  the parts of the cow that could be made into hamburger have found itself being used in a lawsuit. by some food chains for after all hamburger is hamburger for one doens't really want to know what parts of the cow is being used . except maybe peta surpsied they haven' joined the suit. and too bad someone doesn't sue to get rid of the evil burger king before he shows up and drops off another whopper right after turning some poor hungry soul into his love monkey.

proving the old adage of keeping the profits flowing roswell has formed plans o create a ufo them park to cash in on its fame as the place a ufo supposibley crashed   in 1947 even though the goverment and military have stated time and time again it was a top secret hi tech weather ballon.  the plans call for  a park dubed alien apex which will so far included a rollar coaster to simulate alien abuctions but no anal probes. and also other rides to be added and soem edcuatationlal exhibittis so far the park with be sixty to eightty acres with plans if if becomes real susscefull to 150 acres and the state has already given funds for the park to be made. plus exhbitts will also  include information on scientiffice exploration of the universe. the total cost of the project is in the millions according to the planner who also reveals dome corporations are already on board to help though he won't reveal what of the six proposed sites being looked at for the park which one will be the fnal area. interesting after all this time that rosewell has manage to still keep itsself int he spotlight over what the goverment claimed was a weather ballon crashing yet most say it was actully a ufo and the military has been using the weather ballon as   a way to keep it covered. after all this time. wonder if they will make the employees dress as aliens at the park.

 at the rate the soul society captains are commiting treachery within the ranks itchigo and his group won't have to do much more fighting for thanks to captain hiritoma the members will proably whack each other. as recovered and healed from their alleys hirrito who winds up exausted itchigo  and kutico start to plan their next move knowing the quest will get more dangerous as the soul society will keep coming as chad figures out after taking down a few dozen more where rukia is being held and itchigo reveales he can feel the spirit energy of chad and the others and would know if they are hurt or dead. as they then make there move to getting rukia free. as hiromu winds up learning that if boomas blood is spilled he will wind up dead the one who has been day one causing the chaos as itchigo and bikio learn from hitterio that the fourth guard takes some special energy pills to keep their energy up when its start to fade even though their powers are for healing. as hitterio seems to be high on the things as itchigo and crew make it right to the tower almost to rukio till they find their next opponent soul society member whose power seems to be un like they are prepared for.  almost ripping them to shreds.

watched the dvd of guillermo del toro much talked about pans labyrinth the story invovles a young girl named  olfelia who with her mother goes to live with her step father the main villian of the peace a tyrantical military  officer who during  time of a civil war in france. and the diloque is spnanish with english subtitles. young ophelia  puts up with the cruelty and soon escapes into a world of fantsay when after sneaking out one night following what she belives is a fariry enters pans labyrinth and meets the faun who tells ophelia she is a princess who got taken to the mortal world and must do three tasks before the full moon in order to enter the portal to return home or forever remain mortal.  soon ophelia advetures which del torro revealed he got inspired for the filmfrom classice like david copper field alice in woldernland and the wizard of oz. finds herself in a battle betwen good and evil when the fantasty world of pans labyritnh colide with her crule real life from her mother having a diffcult pregnacy that winds up with her bleeding close to miscarriaing only to die after giving birth. to a baby boy to the faun having ophelia do things like get a key from the biggest ugliest cgi frog ever by feeding the thing and having to rip open its guts. to using chalk to enter a door to retrive something from a creature that ate kids and his eyes were in his hands plus she winds up in trouble when she eats a couple of the things grapes. to the final task  where the faun wants her to sacrifice her baby brother by spilling some drops of blood on the portal but ophelia says no and when her cruel stepfather after spending a while killing some rebels and torchering the one person kind to ophelia comes on ophelia near the portal and shoots her. so instead she spills the innocent blood which turns out was the test she choose to shed her own instead of the blood of an innocent and the pricess returns to her kingdom. and the stepfather gets what he dsserves. specail features commentary and video prologue by del torro more on the two disc special edtion one but still the diloque was in spanish  with english subtitles. and to me the faun is the most creepiest ugliest cgi characte since gollum. but thats my opinon otherwise the film is a must have and is cool.

not only did bush manage to not have troop withdrawl put in the iraq funding bill for the third time but the mimium wage raise finaly will take effect and also turns out farmers and ranchers who were hit by flooding and drought will see relief also as it turns out congress members from farm states snuck in the iraq funding bill relife for farmers and ranchers something they have been fighting with bush over sinde he wants everything for the iraq war a blank check and if cognress had tried to pass it separte4ly it would have been vetoed so they did what they did wiht the mimium wage raise and the tax breaks to help the small business afford the raise and snuck in the relief for the farmers and ranchers like in south daktoa and bush has signed it so there is nothing he can do about its a done deal now its just a matter of figureing out how to divide up the relife money the right way proving the congress knows with bush in charge the only way to get things like relief or the mimium wage raised is to sneak it into a must sign funding bill like the iraq funding one. then bush will wind up making it law when he signes it since he wants his war to have the funds . too bad they can't try it the next time they pass funding for stem cell research  . at least till a new president gets eleceted who may sign it then.

well my job is done for now finaly the year is over with no work till the next school year. which now gives me time to finaly start recharge the old circuitry and also figure out how long before i am forced to play  a snake and cause in alley to go into the shadows by shattering the mirror and seeing what is behind the glass. for the burden of being a creature of shadows and wisdom beyond my years one winds up sooner or later to have to show a hidden side but  in the end one will be reformed from the flames and the shattering and stronger.  and also  must unite some old allies who haven't seen each other in a while even though i would prefer to stay in the shadows. the burden of being  one of shadows for i wind up sooner or later taking the mantel of diplomat something i choose to let others try themselves . but for once the mirror must be shattere and from the flames build a new for the panther in me has been awake and time for it to do its business. for once.  thankfully free from balacing the work and my private life for now.  as an alley is about to soon see a snake in panthers clothing.

amazing that thirty years later and star wars is still growing strong. it was may 25 1977 that a young director named george lucas wound up making film history by creating his space epic known as star wars little knowing that the thing would become a legend of culture and thirty years later and is still attracing fans. not to mention that the saga gave the world the most evilest villian ever darth vader. and of course the wise old jedi master yoda. plus to me star wars proved that even an evil giant slug can wind up having a place as a film character jabba the hutt. not to mention the toy line  from the films is one of the longest ones ever. though one would think hasbro could have marked the occasion better then including coins with the thirty aniversary figures for does the old power of the force line ring a bell to any one. and no i happend to be one of the few who didn't see star wars when it first hit theatres for i was around in 77 but only three years old but did see empire and return of the jedi in theatres. amazing thirty years and the legend of star wars is still growing though one thing . fans would think by now george lucas would also use the anvirsary and finaly acknowledge the one piece of star wars history finaly the infamous star wars holiday special for this special occasion or at least finaly okay a legitmate dvd release of the thing for after all it is part of the legend of stars wars and it is the thirtieeth aniversary of a rare legend for films.  and yes i had the orginal toys from star wars the first time the stores issued ious for a line.  for after all i was one of those who witnessed star wars birth. thirty years what a milestone and a piece of history.
