the reunion finaly happend on lost as kate and sawer returned to the camp. and sawer right away went looking for his loot. as kate after filling in sayid and locke about jack and others and about the boat and sawer letting carl the one lead to the others main base that plus info from hurley kate then decides to go rescue jack as charlie asks desmond when he will die. desmond has no answer. as the flashback shows hurely being abandoned by his dad played by cheech martin who then returns when he wins the lotto and the curse that follows hurley from his one house burning down to relitive dieing to a metor hitting hurleys restuarant he just buys killing a reporter that was interviwing him. and hurley wanting to chuck the whole loot only to have his dad stop him even bribing a fake pychic to try to remove the curse of the numbers and then his dad saying to stay and work on their old camero and drive to the grand canyon. hugley and jin then run after walts dog  who leads them to an old beat up truck and loaded with dharma beer. that when sawer comes a calling for his stuff hugely offers him the beer then gets charlies help after slapping him after he finds him moping about death. so hugly deciding to stop beliveing in the curse has jin and sawer with charlie riding shotgun pushes the van off their little cliff and right before its about to crash hugely gets the thing to start and the foursome do some driving with the dog also. as john and sayid go after kate telling her they are ready and mr. eko gave them the key by writting on his stick look up north. hint of the others location maybe. as then gunfire happends and out steps a blast from the past of lost rouseea who kate asks for help saying that she met alex who could be rouseesa daughter. which means the island didn't make rouseeas vanish into the mists after all.

when senator jonhson wound up taken to the hopsital due to the brain hemmorage the one question on the minds of the democrats is how will his illness afftect the dems control of congress so far johnson hasn't been needed for key votes even though he is working some from his room while he has therapy to rebuild strength in his right side and also get his speech and other things affected by the hemmorage and the brain surgeyr back up . but now what the dems knew would happend is soon going to for with johnson out of aciton the dems may not be able to get their policy to curb bushes power to wage war. which they should have done before the iraq war got to where it is. and also johson will not be able to vote on their attempts to pass a budget or funding for the war . for with him out the dems now have a rought battle with the freewheeling senate given their slim majority and since indepent joe liberman usually sides with the republicans. even though so far they haven't reached the threshold for jonhsons vote to really matter or be the deciding factor with plans to take up trying to put the 911 pannel recomendations into law and fights over a national driver license and also whether airport screeners should get to uninize which are going to be fights over. the vote could wind up where johson would be needed but since it still will be months of rehab for him . the dems may wind up not succedding in the senate since he is not recovred enough to return to the senate. full time. which means what the dems knew would happend once he got sick may wind up becoming a reality next week as they take up plans to put the recomendatins of the commision into law as part of homeland security along with their iraq policy

once again showing how much each of the ladies want to be the the one to win american idol the ladies like the guys picked their songs and dedications. from grandparents to a brother to parents to even a fiancess. the woman did their best and actully impressed simon but not enough as he put it get out of his chair and he told one of the ladies nicole that she is no whitney huston and paula made a comment to one of the ladies that she is a like a flavor of ice cream which simon says vanilla with rasberry over the performance. and leader of the pack so far larkisha showed that she could give the legendary gladys knight a run for her money. as she sung midnight train to georgia and it almost was like gladys was doing it close a little but but no gladys. and also proving the dixie chicks are forgiven one of the girls sang their newest tune i am not backing down. though simon thought it she shouldn't have picked it. as the ladies once again stepped up to the plate and showed the guys that they even though they improved some still have a long way to give them a run for the crown. espically if larkisah keeps performing the way she is performing in fact wouldn't be surprising if she is the one who gets simon to get out  of his chair. and showing how he and paula seem to be their typical selfs paula said the ice cream flavor simon is is sour puss. as once again the ladies are leading the pack on american idol plus simon stated he wasn't the one responsible for jenifer hudson getting kicked off idol it was the voters. setting the record straight.

not only is the legislature trying to finish before the session ends. but a few bills that seemed be causing some rukus got killed today one being the bill that would have schools consolidate the senate after hearing some testimony from former students of some of the schools that would be forced to consolidate the senate decided to kll the issue so schools are safe to operate as they do now at least till next legislative session also killde is a bill that woud deal with how preschool programs are operating and set up . for some who are looking at preschool for their towns really didn't want the goverment trying to control things too much. also killed is a bill that would require informing rape victims of controceptive devices as an option for treatment. the bill died only because some people were afraid it was going to be turned into another abortion bann as a way to finaly get the thing passed without being known by voters but the house decided not to take the risk and it got killed. still alive is the raise in the minium wage bill but times running out the house commiette either should vote and get out and for a vote on the senate or the thign will just die only to be taken up next time. as the legislature keeps on moving towards the finish line of their current session still to come dealing with any vetoes of the governor.

the one main obstacle that could keep the guys on idol from making it to the final twelve and making it an all girls show isn't their choice of songs or making sure to learn from their mistakes from last time but it may be simon instead as one  by one the guys took it up a notch with the break outs being sunny and the old beat boxer guy blake did it again.hough simon didn't get the stuff. and as for the youngest sanjya hate to say it but the judges want him gone for one dressing like michel jackson from his thriller days  doing stepping out with my baby isn't cutting it. plus simon told one of the guys he was like a lounge singer that belong on the love boat. and randy and paula spent the whole night disagreeing with him. making simon quip i vow to the wisdom of paula.which is scary if simon is wanting to vow to paulas wisdom for that would be like courtney love and britteny spears doing a duet and winning a grammy or courtney being a guest judge on idol. but the guys learned from last weeks disaster and stepped it up a little bit. as ryan had to explain skat to simon . and paula and simon got argumentive espically when ryan asked simon if he was out on a date with paula or randy.  paula and simon together that would be one idol match even the devil wouldn't want to touch. but the guys will now have the ladies to contend with and if they do what they did last time it may become an all female american idol. for the first time in history.

proving that sometimes when it comes to the states finaly repealing such stupid laws on the books that it takes a long time. but finaly north dakota is looking at legislation to repeal their law that makes it illegal for couples to live together if they aren't married which also includes the senior citizen set. espicaly the seniors who are upset over the law for it makes them outlaws  for living together due to medical needs and love. north dakota is one of seven states that bar people from living together unmarried the other states that have similar version of this assinine law are florida though their version also makes it illegal for any one over seventy to have sex with each other.  michigan miss north carolina virigna and west virgina. the one in north dakota turns out has been on their books since statehood. amazing its finaly taken the state goverment this long to finaly decide that law has got to go. though two other attempts failed to pass  this attempt plans to lift the bann unless the couple pass themselves off as married in other words if they try to commit fraud then its still thirty days in jail and fine which the law gives right now. though thankfully cops aren't going around doing stings of unmarried couples or seniors in nursing homes. though why no one took the law to court and had it ruled unconstitional which it is not to mention assinine and not the goverments business to tell people that they have to be married. thats their choice is interesting. lets hope if north dakota passes the thing the other states follow suit finaly and get rid of one stupid law. the first of many stupid laws that need to go.

with the final weeks of the legislature concintrating on getting certain key bills out of the commiettes one big issue is what to do about funding eduction incluidng teachers pay being raised from last place. as the house delayed a vote on a bill that would raise teachers pay and also change for the first time in decades the state aid formula south dakota uses which is the sticking part of the bill. for the bill would have the state aide be 3.4 percent to match inflastion as a floor some don't like that for it would mean the aid formule could wind up having to have more millions. though they favor the teachers raise. and governors rounds in a separate bill has proposed a teachers package that includes a pay raise which is much needed for teachers since south dakota being dead last in pay. but the big issue is how much to raise the rate of the state aid formule or even change it all . though still be able to figure some way to give teachers a much overdue raise  so schools can be able to attract teachers to the state instead of teachers finaly leaving due to better wages else where. as the legislature spends the final weeks of its session trying to get key bills and other business that are stuck in committes out and passed and to governor rounds to sign befre the session eends.

talk about one major wtf surprise on heroes. as the episode dug into hrb past from how he aquired claire which turned out under orders of landman which is headed by hiros father yep sulu being the mystery leader making even hrg bark like a dog plus showing that he and claude worked together till hrg shot claude after he killed one of the guys on the list and threw him off a bridge but claude turned invisible. then the hatien hooked up and in the present time. matt and hrg worked together to try and keep radiactive man tim from totaly blowing up and killing hr family though his behavior does reveal claires ability to heal in front of her mother finaly and hr learns that the hatien can talk even though he was led to belive he was mute and that the hatien has been operating on his own agenda from orders that superced hrs.  as claire gets her mother free from radioactive tim and then hrb gets the information tims wants for turns out tims powers killed his wife. and tells him there is no cure for his powers he needs to hook up with mohilinder for he is working on one. finaly tim blows up and claire uses her power again. as matt winds up on a medical cart afterwards as some shadow dude then tells hr to bring in claire but instead he fakes his death and sends claire and the hatien off . interesting to know that hiros dad seems to be more fingers in dirty dealings then first suspected like being the boss of hrg and also seeming to be responsible for the heroes being wanted. wonder what hiros reaction will be . not to mention both hr and claude can like hiro speak perfect japanesse.

finaly the tape is played and it reveals to link and mike a smoking gun evidence that the president doesn't want revealed. to any one and also proves she helped set link up who then calls his kid who tells him to finaly end it that for the first time he feels he has a place. as tbag talks to a shirnk and then goes pycho while cnote tries to blackmail agent cutter and cutter shows him  why you shoudln't piss off a pycho agent. so he blackmails a prison snitch with a transfer to a minium security cell as link and mike try to figure out who they can give the tape to to bring down president valerie without it winding up in her hands and destroyed.  thust the last chance for link to be free so they call in a favor from someone their dad knew only turns out he is working for agent pycho as link makes him strip his clothes off and gets wet to drown bugs then uses an untracebale cell as they get the name of who they can give the tape too safetly. so a meeting is set up and they learn the tape contains a secret the president of prison break doesn't want revealed. so mike and link decide its blackmail time. the tape for a full pardon as teabag takes a tript omexico but almost gets caught when his baggage viloates faa limits. but goes on to mexico any way which proves the writers are following their own line of fiction for otherwise he would finaly be arrested . as another of the group decides to hang himself ending the epsidode so the and also a an assaination happends. so the race is on for link and mike to make sure the tape gets into the right hands and used to help bring down the mastermind of the plot. as agent pycho comes a trailing and teabag gets ready to rock mexico.,

it is said that there is a lot of bills the legislature takes up that winds up not getting the public scruntiny  due to other things. like the abortion bann and education. and the legsilature as it winds down now takes up what is known as the hyvee bill. the bill would allow hyvee and other business to aquire more off sale liqoure liceneses  then it is normaly allow but only if the gross receptis of the area i gest some of their cash from sales. for legaly the stores are only allowed three licenseses total. though some say its a bad idea for some workers are under age and if the bill passes it could lead to an increase in under age drinking. even if it increases competnion. and also on the agend for the last few weeks of the session mostly dealing with bills thate are stuck or still in commietteses and moving them out for a vote and on to governor rounds for his signature finaly before the session ends.like some education bills. and of course the raise in the minium wage that is in a house committee . stalled and then proably finish up with dealing with any of rounds vetoes of bills. but one thing that won't get taken up or moved from a committe because it died the abortion bann. as south dakotes legislature starts racing the clopck to get work done. with the session winding down.

just when it looked like boston has settled down after the scandal with the mooninites blinking signs that had them send out the bomb squad and wound up with time warner paying two million even after other states who had similiar signs weren't panicking. turns out dr. pepper has now joined that club and wound up on bostons hate list. as its new ad has caused the city to shut down a cementary for fear of it being dammaged  the ad suggests a coin worth a million bucks is buried in the granary bury ing ground the final resting place of such figures as john hancock paul revere and sam adams. the founding father not the beer guy. the city concered the cemetary could be dammaged by those seeking the coin closed the gates and closed the cementary. this thing is a month after the scandal with the moonites sign. but what i want to know is what ad executive came up with the idea of the coin and two  of all the places that it could be hidden why a cementary for don't the exec relize that people will be after the million and they are just okaying descriting of a hollow place like a cemetary not to mention the family members of the dead might not like their loved ones final resting place. plus they should have learned not to have the ad in boston given the reaciton they had over mooninite gate. boston just seems to have been a target of ads causing panick.

to say the oscars aren't full of moments isn't true as the oscars proved to be full of surprises from dream girls only coming away with a win for jenifer hundson and sound mixing also the surprise was panns labryinth actully winning a few awards which is a film worth seeing if you haven't seen it yet. though del toro didn't get up on stage and give a speech. plus as suspected al gores an inconvient truth one and he jokingly started to annouce till he got cut off that he was going to run for president again. and forest witicker took best lead actor for playing eddie armine the second evilset man nex to hitler and bin lauden.  plus the queen won best actress for helen carter. and elene kept the jokes coming even vacuming the red carpet as a joke. though who ticked off the academey members to have celine dion grace the oscars and sing a nominated song for after all  its been nice not seeing her around. plus little miss sunshine got best screenplay. and the departed  did manage to win a few oscars like best picture and proving that the academey does have taste and aren't always voting for the flavor of the month. finaly martin scorcesese got best director an award he shold have had a long time ago. but the academey spoke and gave him the award and what made it more memobralbe it was presented by steven spielberg george lucas and francis ford coopola a rare moment in oscar hsitory four of the legendary directors in hollywood two whose works and  are ahead of their time. three giveing the oscar to much deserved and overlooked scoresesse finaly. and no doubt american idol will be mentioning jenifers win. and yes they even did the old departed memorium montage and missing was anna nicole smith. proving that even hollywood doesn't want any more of the train wreck she was.

with the state legislature of south dakota in the mad rush to get unfinished things done  this week one thing most finaly made clear that the abortion bann is dead that there is no chance of it being revived for one doing so after the committe kileld it most legislators say would be a waste of time of senate business and second the thing would be ruled unconsitional by the courts anyway so why waste any more. time when there are more important bills they must deal with like funding for education and the stalled raise in the mimium wage that is still stuck in the state affairs commitee.  also the house just killed a bill making all meetings of the legislature open. though still on the agenda is a bill requiring the finical reports of campaine cotributions ten days before an election. and its a good chance of becoming law during the finals of the legislature it has that much support. also the legilsature will be having to deal with governors rounds vetoing a bill requiring a new governorning board for tech schools. not to mention they also must deal with passing funding for the hvp vacitnations.  and of course the big issue of education. like raising the maxium age of required school attendence to 18. but one thing if finaly certain the abortion bann is dead  the state senate decided that it would be a waste to revisit it again espically when voters shot it down. besides the governor should know better then to mix his religious beliefs with goverment business. separation of church and state affairs.but the abortion bann is dead. at least this legislature term.

with the oscars hours away the big question on some minds besides  if the acadmey will finaly give  martin scorsesea his first ever oscar which is long over due for best director finaly or will they once again not regognize the geniuse of the man. and snub him.  that and who will the academey have it its in memoriam segment honoring dead celebes and no doubt anna nicole will proably be in it and would then spark another court battle over the parties not being told about it. but the big thing being talked about oscar is will al gore if his docuementary an inconvient truth wins the oscar for best documentary will he wind up on stage and make an oscar speech or actully annouce he is going to enter the presidental race and use the oscars as his platform. even though techincallyt he oscar would go to the productes of the film. or director not al gor himself. though one of the producers did state that if it wins all will be on stage with him. so seems the big buzz sourounding oscars besides who is going to win including if the cast of dreamgirls will be getting some oscar loving but if al gore will be making a speech since the oscar buzz has seemed to have made him a rock star. and of course will the academey finaly give martin scorsesee the oscar he is long over due or maybe a life time achievemtn award. and of course it being oscar means barbara walters doing her pre oscar show. and joan rivers out on the red carpet losse and making the celebs ready to run as fast as they can to their seats to get away from her. please won't someone have a heart and give joan a show of her own so we don't have to see her torchering celebs at these award shows.

what should be a lesson for drug dealers and buyers to have their cell phones programed with the number of each other. a middle school teacher wound up arrested with intent to traffic pot after sending a txt message to her dealer but instead she sent the message to a cop a few of them. in ky a cop who was out to diner wound up receiving messages about wanting to buy some pot at first the cop thought it was a joke but then decided to set up a meeting with the buyer and wound up arresting a middle school teacher. named greenfield who when she showed up to make the purchase she found cops there and was arrested now charged with conspiricy to distribute an illegal susbatnce on school grounds not to metion possesion of drugs and parhenila. she is suspened with pay while the school board investigates and she was no doubt on the stuff or coming off of a high when she sent the messages. and also talk about smoking something a jury aquited a california eningeer who for a friend who is now a fugitive put a bomb in a toy dog that killed a college kid because the friend wanted to blow up his estranged wife for leaving him and targeted her family and her. but the jury aquited the guy of the charges.  the guy helped his friend carry out a murder plot by putitng a bomb that kills the targets brother and a jury decides to aquit him. and double jeapordy would apply so can't try him again. wonder i fthe jury members were after the school teachers pot.

it is said that one mans trash could be anothers treasure and you never know what bargins you may find at a flea market or thrift store.  but new meaning was given to the saying as a guy named michel sparks wound up buying for two bucks in a thrift store in tenn an orignal copy of the declartion of indepence one of 200 hundred that were produced. ever and he plans on selling it at auction  which could net the guy about 250 to over 300 grand heck even a milliong given how the thing is  a piece of history.  as for how the thrift store wound up with the thing. easy a pipe fitter named stan caffey is responsible for turns out when he was cleaning out some junk because he just got married and he was moving into a new place and his wife stated she wouldn't be married to a pack rack and all his junk he decided to get rid of some stuff. and in the thing he dropped off at the store was the decleration of indepence rolled up that stan bought ten years ago or has put it when he found out about the find the idiot who donated that declaration. but he says he doesn't regret losing out on the windfall for if he had kept it he proably would have it hanging on the wall still not knowing what it is. proving that something that someone throws out may wind up becomign a rare find and a windfall for someone you just have to be to take the chance though this is a rarre find doubtfull it will happend again. but one never knows.

if there ever was a family that will wind up as the one family the nannies of nine one one question why they pick some of these people to help them. the kramer family is it as the mother and father of four kids three boys and one newborn had nanny stela at the end of her rope for the parents didn't seem to know what they were doing as the mother appeared wishy washy and caved in eaisly and the kids had no manners even coloring on the walls and running off and playing in the street and the mother kept smiling and acting like she was on something.  as stela kept telling them they needed to put the saftey of their kids first as the boys take off again close to traffic. and the dad tells mother after the fact that one of the boys snuck away when they were playing on a trampoline. plus the dad when it comes to putting the kids to bed instead of bathing and brushing their teeth puts them in the van and drives them around till they fall asleep. nanny stela finaly puts a stop to that and after one inccident to close with the boys the mother finaly gets out of her fog and relizes that her kids could be in danger if she doesn't step up to the plate over their safety. finaly nanny stela gets them straigten out and the dad even gives up using the van for bedtime purposes though the first time in nanny history the nanny was ready to pull her hair out  for the parents seemed to have their heads stuck in the sand.

talk about police incompentence that ought to have nancy grace totaly screaming bloody murder. in florida 911 was getting calls from concerned neighbors that a little five year old girl was being beaten by her mother and boyfriend and to send cops to help. one cop was 2.5 miles away but instead of rushing right away to help the girl he decided to right some traffic tickets one he was working on when the call came in which turned out to be priority one. then while he was driving he found a truck in a drugstore parking lot with expired tags and the cop stopped and sat to wait for the driver to come out. to give him a ticket while a little girl was being abused the cop that was close to help her was busy waiting to write a ticket . then the cop decides to go into the store to find the driver. and finaly arrives on the scene 24 miutes later the girl by then had swelling and bruises on her back and legs. amazing the little girl didn't wind up dead by the time the cop got there. not to mention he told ia that he belived the case was low priotry and even canceled his backup to go help the girl. then recalled him again. the cop has been ssuspened. what i would love to know is why the hell did the cop decide a dam traffic ticket was more important then coming to the aid of a defenless five year old girl who was being beaten and could have been killed espically when the call was high priority secondly what were the buracrats who gave this moron a badge knowing this isn't the first time he has done something like this. thinking. plus also in florida  woman who was raped by her stepfahter is fighting to try and terminate his parental rights since she had his baby but turns out he can also have rights as the grandfather since he is married to the girls mother. what are the courts thinking to let the monster have any parental rights to kids at all for raped the mother and can not only have rights as the father but grandfather.  some buracrats and court workers must be on something. for these cases.

ending a chapter what has become a medi roller coaster and getting emotinal . even though the ruling was suppose to be today. the judge ruled that the court appointed gurdian of danny lyne shall be the one to get custody of anna nicoles body citing next of kin and he personaly thinks though his suggestion is none binding the anna should be buried with daniel in the bahammas, decidng that legaly the next of kin should decide what to do with the body which the corner keeps telling the judge is decompossing. but the judge decided the best course of action and ruled dannylyns guardian shall take custody of anna and decide where she shall be buried. whcih didn't sit will some of the parties. for annas mother vows to appeal the ruling still wanitng her to be buried in texas. if anna didn't want anything to do with her in life doubtftull anna would be happy to have her mother trying to now have a say in where anna is to finaly rest. one part of the roller coaster over now the big battle over who is danny lynes daddy as a court room is to finaly hear the case over when to do the parternity test or whether to force howard stern to submit to it since so far he has refused to submit for dna testing so one part of the roller coaster that was anna nicoles life and death is over with at least till an appeals court decide to hear her mothers appeal though by then her body will finaly bei in its resting place since its decomposing fast.
