thankfully in penn the d.a had enough sense to figure out that filing charges againt the two college students john and leslie who got arrested at the pub after they refused on the grounds of bad service to pay the tip of 16 bucks got arrested and hauled out of the pub .t he d.a says no charges will be filed. which has the pub upset . though the d.a says that john and leslie could face some civil action from the pub. guess the d.a figured it would not be worth trying to go after the two since tipping is up to the customers and how the wait staff does. as john and leslie stated they had to find their own silveware for their waitress went on a break to smoke had to ask the bar for refills and then waited hours for their salad and wings. plus they paid the bill but no tip. not to mention if the d.a had filed charges ods are the judge would have thrown the thing out  mostly for being a waste of court time. all over 16 bucks that is as stupid as the 54 million dollar pants suit. at least the d.a got smart and no charges against john and leslie though knowing the pub it may sue them civilery for the tip. plus interest.

what they should have been doing since day one not to mention could have had the thing done already plus the fact in stead of fighing over the public option and risking doing the republicans job for them  or even cosidering reconillation . the dems have finaly decided they are going it alone on health care since knowing they even if they make some more deals the republicans will not help with health care not to mention reconillaitoon now would not be considered.the dems when they come back from the holiday have decided to go it alone on trying to get health care passed in the senate though they will need the sixty votes again and the public option is the big elephant in the room like all the other times not to mention congress could have had the thing done already if they had just said the heck wiith it and let people have a duplicate of what they get for health care which they should have done from day one as the dems finaly after all this time have decided to go alone on health care now. something i figured since day one of the whole thing.

when a  novelist who decides to be a box boy because he can not take the pressure of being a genius comes in with pain House and his team almost figure out right away what the guy is  suffering from by having to remove his spleen.only to have the guy get worse as everyone bugs chase about his mood over cameron being gone which chase wants to be left alone even saying it to house who plots to try and break up cutey and jake with wilson trying to be the voice of reason again and failing for house has proven once his mind is set on something it is not going to be stopped and dam any one in his way only it does not work cutey and jake still together and the team try to figure out what is wrong when house figures out the guy has been self medicating to make him dumber and srambles his mind so they flush out his system only to have his lose feelings int he legs and chase after house makes a crack about maybe having to call cameron punches him breaks houses nose yes house gets slapped which since season one most fans have wanted chase or foreman or someone to try and whack house for his behavior. and taub tells his wife he did it. as turns out the patient is suffering due to his spleen ripping off and regrowing again causing dammage. and the guys genius resterns and chase says he is sorry for hitting house. the slap that will be talked about by house fans. for house at times has had it coming.

what really is for the best of all parties after all the fighting including accusaitons of stealing money. not to mention the lawsuits tlc has going on with John Goslin.  john and Kate plus eight ends tonight which really for all the parties is the best for it will once the last show airs all the parties can then finaly step out of the spotlight even though John will not like that and concintrate on their next move what is best for all parties including the kids moslty for the kids who will proably be happy not having their parents nastiness shown to their friends and the whole world. as for what john and kate can do with out the show as an income source. easy they can take a lesson from another family raising septuplets go back to their normal jobs and work. or kate no doubt once the show finaly is over with will proalby be getting new offers for shows. and both still have the talk show circuit to do .for as much as the show finaly for all the parties ends . john and kate will not go away given a taste and also the oppurtunies of reality tv like kate being able to sell her books.  and john there is no way he is going to go away since reality tv has made him in his mind a ladies man. and a high roller . as thankfully after all the dirty and nastiness and the public seeing john and kate union explosde. john and kate plus eight ends which is acutlly for all the parties good can now mean they can take a breather and work out of the spotlight on a solution for all parties.

congress should be happy they have the thanksgiving break since once they are back they will wind up  back in the fight as the debate over how to next move on health care will begin in the senate and already the sides are divided including the dems. who managed to get the sixty votes to okay debate on the bill  but now looks  they are going to find it hard to repeat that as the main division is the public option  with one dem say they are not going to let three dems who are agains the public option hold the other fifty seven hostage and tell them how to vote. as health care is now a two door thing one with the public option that has some saying they will not vote for the final bill if its in it espically the goverment  forming their own health care plan. and the second door a health care bill with the public option as a trigger  two doors for health care now. as  congress will be facing  debate on the issue when they return which they can be thankfull now for the up coming break.

andy gets a blast from his past as his uncle who paid for his medical school comes a calling. when the hospital recieve an anomous donation to find qumao a heart. as another donor brings in his wife who is suffering from liver failure and is prepared to donate a piece of his liver but sophia tells him that she is so advanced that she needs a full liver. and soon the guy winds up buying her a liver on the black market the old money buying anything. as andy also deals with a newly married couple who the husband is suffering from some disease and soon the wife comes down with the same thing. as andy tries to find the mysterious donor. and then sophie has to treat the wife again when turns out the bought liver comes down with worms in the bile duct so she has to do some surgery and the husband apologises for his actions as andy finds out the newlyweds are suffering from  breathing in fumes due to their house being usesd as a meth lab by the former tenant and the landlord has been reported so its toxic benzine and other drugs from the meth. after the lab blew up. which also explains their personality swings. as andy then tells his uncle where he can take the money he donated since turns out the uncle seems to be a shaddy dude. like some of his funds may be from certain ill gotten means.  a blast from the past and money proving some things it can not buy even if one thinks they have enough of it. on one of the last episodes of three rivers

Bart winds up meeting his match of pranks when he goes searching for a prank topper and learns from willie about a prank so crazy it turned skinner into the man he is today twisted and bitter. the prank was when skinner and willie were training for a swim meet some one put worms into the pool and trapped skinner in the thing for a week and when he came out he was twisted and cold so Bart sets out to meet the legend named Andy who still likes playing pranks. so Bart decides to help him by getting him a job with Krusty but andy winds up pulling more pranks as Marge winds up going nuts when the other mothers over for a play date freak when marge serves snacks that to them are not healthy so marge gets rid of all the junk food much to homers dismay then when marge serves some snacks that may fit the critera the ladies freak over the type of baking pan she used. plus mintjula seems to be missing in the episode seven babies. as bart tries to get Andy to finaly accept his pranking days are over with as he becomes Krustie's new head writer after krusty does the worm in the pool bit. as Bart meets a legend and the one who turned skinner into the creature he is.

one thing about health care besides the divide with the parties voting down the line is that the vote on the issue may come back to haunt the members of congress who are looking at mid term elections to keep their job. and one of the main members whose vote may come back to haunt . is south dakotas own Stephanie Hearthseth Sandlin since her vote as a blue dog dem against the health care bill saying some of it will be bad for south Dakota may wind up coming back to hurt her and help her republican opoonents since her vote on the issue has had her not in good graces with the dems and accusations of she is now out of touch plus south dakota has proven when it has strong  members of congress with some power to vote them out . espically being a  big republican state. and even the republicans are not happy with some of Stephanies votes but mostly health care could with stephanie and other congress members looking for voters to let them keep their jobs may be what comes back and haunt them. hope fully south  Dakota will learn and keep stephanie and get  rid of bushes lap dog thune. but given how the state has behaved in elections  espically if one of their congress members have some power or prestige of voting them out. stephanie has a hard fight ahead and her vote on health care may be the big key that determines if south dakota is going to let her continue or send her packing and prove to be a state of wtf are they thinking.

now that the senate has decided to give health care the debate it should have and try to move it closer to the finish line.senators after they are done with the holiday can expect a few things one the debate is going to be bitter and decieve with the republicans looking to try and full fill their goal of denying a big major victory to the president. and senators including dems will be divided over how best to proceed including the old public option and the plan for a goverment option of health care. as now with one hurdle over with the real fun will begin after the holiday the senate faces a bitter and hard debate on health care one that may have the dems trying to keep the 60 together to bring health care to its final fate the presidents desk.

citing the immunity deal as one of the main reasons that its hindering  the bew way to proscutie the blakw ater guards that are charged with killing iragi civilains and lead to black waters contract being terminated the d.a has filed a motion with the judge to drop the charges against lead guard nick slatten though its done in a way charges could be filed. as for the other guards there are plans for them to still face trial but the agreements they all made to get immunity to talk about the shooting and the d.a needing the testimony of them against the others. has caused the da. to tell the justice department to wind up at least for lead guard nick drop the charges. which ought to really make iraq happy not to mention the uproar when the killing happen. a miscarriage of justice may wind up in the works with black water now as the d.a may have to drop the charges due to immunity agreements. will black water get away due murder of iragi civillians due to a agreement to protect some of those invovled for them talking and no doubt some where chenny is smiling.

calling it another step closer when told the senate voted to begin debate on health care by 60 to 39 the senate voted to send their health care bill for a debate.with the dems invoking the name of ted kennedy. though the thing still faces hurdles since it contains an option for the goverment to form their own health care plan to compete with insurance companies. which two dems who held out said they could not vote for the final version and the republicans will still proably try and filebuster the thing since they lost this time. as the thing still has a long way to go to the end. but the president says one step closer. and it passed a crucial step since all other attempts at health care reform never have made it all the way to debate in the senate now which will take place after thanksgiving. as once again congress made some history as the senate managed to vote to debate the health care bill one step closer to becoming an overdue reality.

pulling off a litlte mircle even though health care reform is far from finaly being law yet. as just because the dems managed to now have the sixty votes needed to render the republicans filibuster all but shot down all forty republicans in the senate are against the bill so even though as the vote to okay letting the thing be debates is hours away. the health care bill including any final version worked on still has a long battle to finaly reach its final journey to the desk of the president for his signature. that plus the two hold out dems who finaly came on board to give the sixty say they may not vote for the final version as its stand espiclaly with that plan for the goverment to form its own health plan to compete with the insurance companies. and the old public option opt out. as the dems have the sixty votes to make sure health care does not get filebuster . with the vote for debate hours away and no doubt the final vote on debating it will be proalby 60 to 40 dems yes republicans no.

with snl having the last episode for sweeps. with the dave mathews band and gordon levits  hosting the big quesiton most fans have is given that Sarah is in the news right now due to her book. is will snl cash in on the oppurtunity with  Sarah being hot again and parody her and if so who will be under the wig and glasses will it be tina fey making another appearance even though she is busy with the new season of 30 rock or will if snl does jump on the sarah band wagon will it be new cast member kim as the snl version of Sarah . fans will just have to watch the episode and find out if they managed to take the oppurtunity of the comedy gold Sarah proved for them. and if its kim or Tina or if fans will have to wait till later in the season for snl to once again mine the comedy gold Sarah is. the big question being does snl end sweeps with a visit by Sarah Palin . and will it be Kim or Tina .

just like with the house that wound up passing health care . the senate  any time today is getitng ready for a key test vote on health care by the end of the day the senate will vote on letting the bill go through for debate with one of the hold out dems saying she will vote to have health care get debated. a crucial thing since the senate can not afford to have even one dem vote no mostly to keep health care after its come so far to wind up dieing by a filibuster.  all dems must vote yes for health care to survive the senate and contiue the journey to the presidents desk and final history as history will be made once again any time before the day is ove with as the senate will cast a big test for health care voting to tyr and send the bill on for a debate. then after debate voted on again and then the real work coming up with a bill that combines everything the house and the senate fill is needed for health care reform. in a final version which means the president will be starting the new year off sometime by singing health care. if the thing survives the vote by the senate today and gets to be debated

will is forced to try and prove Helen did not commit murder when the big guy  is found dead and all evidnece is pointing to Helen who is showing signs of going insane which causes will to think deckler only joined the team to get her job when he informs will the triad which is considered the sancturys own interal affairs will be calling and may strip helen of her job. as Helen keeps saying she did not kill big guy as henry finds the tapes of the killing are erased only to get a back up and it shows helen shooting him. then Will and Kate and Henry find out Helen was meeting with a dealer to move big bertha an abnormal who is one of the most dangeorus types who in the wrong hands could be a weapon .  and the cabal is after her. only to be thwarted as it turns out Helen is behaving the way she is due to having a bug that hooks itself to the cerbellum and makes a person happy but too long and memory problems and the other symptoms helen is showing. plus turns out emma the head of the triad is a cabal agent using her telepathy to make them see what is not there . as Helen reveals the whole thing was a set up to protect beartha and smoke out Emma and that means the Big guy is not dead for his kinds flesh is so hard bullets can not penatrate. so Helen to pull off the death gave him a drug that slowed his heart beat. as he comes back and henry lets it know not to do it to him again. as for the big guy according to the guy who plays will turns out the reason the big guy has not had his name revealed is because he is suppose to be big foot.still wish they would at least let him have a name.

unlike the house with only 24hours left the dems in the house are looking at ways to round up the votes including the conservitive members for the vote  on the health care bill to send it on for debate needing every vote no hold outs or disention  epsiclaly if hte dmes want to  make sure a filebuster is neutrilized nneed eveyr vote means every dem for health care to kepe on moving to th efinish line giving how far its come and its closer and closer to the finish line after decades of coming up short. not to mention the big election statkes the issue is for both sides. as the dems work to round up the votes as hours are ticking down for the senate to cast the first test vote to move health care along for debate history about to be made again. as the dems try to get everyone on board

it is said all things must come to an end and that goes for talk shows. as Oprah will according to her staff at the end of todays show make it offical that in 2011 she is ending her talk show syndication run which will be the shows 25th season with plans to then start up a new show on her own new channel the o channel which replaces the discovery health channel. cbs who distributes the show says they  hope to work out something with Oprah and wish her success. Oprah will also annouce when she officaly makes it known that she is ending her show which generates mutli millions of bucks and has made her one of the richest and most powerfull ladies. the end date for her show. which is not suprising given that she has out lasted talk shows she debuted with from geraldo to Phil Donahue to Sally Jesse and shows that came later like Rosy and even survived the age of Jerry Springer. but now proving all things come to an end and what has fans proably seeing red and no doubt acting like a death has occured not to mention a scramble will be on to be part of the final season. Oprah says 2011 she is done the show is having a curtian call  with a new one on her new channel later.  as for what will replace Oprah who knows more game shoes more talk shows. it will be up to CBs to find something to fill the slot that will be vacated by Oprah but that is not till 2011 as all things end and Oprah is the one ending. end of a long era.

seems like only a short time and the clock was being counted as the house was getting ready to pass health care and talk about history repeating itsself as in 24 hours the senate will take the first of many votes playing their part in health care fixing as saturday the senate will vote on trying to let their health care bill move to debate on the floor. and the dems will be tested to see if they  are able to muster the 60 votes to stop a fillbuster and can contiue to do so all the way to the final version . as once again just like with the house the senate is being watched and the clock is counting down as in 24 hours the senate decides health care reform fate by tommorrow casting  a vote to move it on the floor to be debated. then passed later and then a final version of the house and senate with the public option still the big sticking point. health care getting closer and closer to the end. long overdue and 24 hours another historic vote

known as the observer. the fringe team wind up learning a few secrets and some time bombs are set off as walter busy trying to recreate a strawberry milkshake of his dreams one that has astra wanting to run to the toliet. as when a lady is kidnapped by the observer Oliva and peter and walter go into action and learn that one there is more then one of the observers and all have an agenda mostly to keep certain people they think are special from dieing as the guy kidnaps a lady to prevent her from deiing in a plane crash only to have the other observers upset saying its wrong and want her dead. as Walter comes face to face and reminds the guy april about his deal how he gave walter the alternate peter. since walters peter in this world died in the car accident that the obeserver saved them according to peter saved them only the truth is he saved walter unable to save peter so took the alternate earth peter and gave to walter. and walter reminds him as he works with the guy only after the woman is free the observer is killed . as another watches olivia and her niece saying she should enjoy the fun for bad things are in store for oliva soon. as the observer comes a calling. and as for the much anticpated walter and bell meeting Lenard stated that it does happen soon but its also his last episode he agreed to film so far. but the meet up of walter and william bell comes soon on fringe. as fringe is not back till after the thanksgiving holiday now.

as Jeff said it best their have been more twist and turns in the last two tribal counsils from mick winning immunity to john refusing to take the hit so laura can remain and russel going hunting for the immunity idol again and this time falling short. though the other members thinking he may have it. as aa natlie was targeted and a tie happen yes the voting wound up with a tie and in the end much to the delight of shamboe laura went packing which shocked a few members of the tribe. as survior is getitng down to the nasty sides are drawn alliances in secret being formed. and the power shifts. and Russel still in the game but how much longer before surviors answer to the devil and some one who could teach johny fair play and richard Hatch a few lesson in villiany goes packing.
