you know its getting close to the end of survior when they do one of those stupid auctions for stuff. and one knows someone is going to wind up buying something gross to eat. as once again the tribe had an acution with johnathan paying a lot of money for stuff from a hot dog with beer he  accidnelty spills on adam. to trying to buy a bubble bath with a chocolate cake. and one bought the chance to send someone to exile island and once again candice got sent there but her trip was for naught for yule finaly revealed he had the hidden immunity idol. and felt it was time to show it. and how did they manage to get an ice cream machine all the way to the island and keep it hidden from the tribe till the auction. as ozzy wound up with the thing. and even sucked from the nozzle and the last thing was the dreaded sea slug. plus the claws came out as even after she got the bath paverite and jonathan showed they don't like each other for johnathan said she is a lazy girl who winning the millions would screw her up as she revaled she didn't know how to gut fish .  and johnathn and his new alliance refuses to share their fish with adam and her and candice who finaly had words with johnathn saying no one likes him he is a betraying rat and he fought back.but in the end it was candice who was sent packing with jeff saying that her new romance with adam was proalby just smoke for if he did love her he would have given her the immunity necklace since adam won the challenge. though it looked like johnathan would finaly be given some payback for his scheming. but survived again and candice was sent packing. though the odd chance johnathan does sceme his way to the final two. he better be carefull for the jury are compromise of some he screwed over and payback is a bitch espically when it comes time for the millions.

even the old thanksgiving holiday and the cold of winter seems to be useless to stop normal people from having a brain malfunction and do things you have to put in the what are they thinking catagory. in fla a woman was found dead behind a bookcase for she tried to fix a tv plug and fell behind it. and her family looked for her and even slept in the same room where her corpse was. ny some kids on a high school field trip learned the hard way that you don't park your bus in certain areas as it was towed away leaving them stranded. in canda a town is protesting all the potholes by posing nude in them. yep potholes now can be used to show the birthday suit. in mass an ihop that caused an uproar by demanding a guys id. before he could order pancakes said they will stop the practice since the guy had jsut been a victim of id theft. ny a guy who should be getting a visit from peta very soon is charged with animal crulety by spray painting his neighbors pets goats and feeding them some newspaper that made them sick. peta definilty needs to visit the guy. in moscow a guy who was really drunk tried to swallow his keys before the cops arretsted him. for intoxication. in london a cat stowedaway on in a piece of freitght and scared some dock workers. the cat is fine. and no doubt peta will proably want to talk to the owner of the cat who turns out is in the philipines. in texas a woman was arrested for hiring a hitman to kill her husband the hitman was an undercover cop. and she even got mentioned she was looking in the newspaper. didn't she ever think to call a divorce lawer first. and the online game second life seems to have gotten the wrath of the feds for they want to tax the income that players can aquire in the game  when they cash out with real world money plus the property in the game also. its a game not real life.  guess the goverment doesn't like how fast the second life  economy is growing from all the players.

the saga of peter jackson chances of getting to direct the hobbit after all just got some more support this time elijah wood frodo from the lotr say sthat what new line is doing is a disapointment and it would be a mistake to not have peter jackson direct the hobbit. and the proposed mysterious lotr prequal for elijah thinks that having someone else do it when peter proved how to bring toilkeins work to life is wrong and will be a dispointmnet to the fans. plus he says given the dispute the films could wind up not being made. though he also belives new line will lose the rights to the hobbit and the zuter company will get them and then maybe peter will decide to do the hobbit. for now it turns out new line went with dropping peter from doing the hobbit as punishment since he didn't make a video for their forthith aniversary gala praising them. and of course peter refusing to take directing the hobbit as a settlement with his lawsuit with new lines over their accounting practices. but given that both ian mkellen and now elijah have said peter is the only one who should do the hobbit and also the petion by fans demanding peter do the hobbit. looks like new line better get over themselves and make nice with peter and just watch as the rights go back to the zuter company that controls toilkeins work and see peter do the hobbit with out their input at all. for new line has one more month to get the thing up and running and then the rights go back to the zuter company. and given the support for peter jackson. new line might as well prepare to see the hobbit go into their never made catagory.

it is said that the only way to ever bring garth enis comic preacher in other forms of entertainment would be if hbo had the balls to push the evelope and do it as a tv series. though at first it was mention they were doing so only to have garth say no its not true. and at one time the property was going to be a movie starring james marsden and directed by kevin smith but fell through. but proving that hbo must really be despeart to have something as good as the sopranos since they go off the air in 07. looks like preacher fans got their dream as hbo showing it has the guts and balls to push the evelope and proalby have the censors screaming bloody murder revealed they are bringing preacher to life as a tv series . and garth will be involved as producer and it will be directed by none other then mark steven johnson director of daredevil and ghost rider. the series by dc comics vertigo line is the story of a down on his luck preacher named jesse cutter who is possed by the spawn of an angel and demon named genisi and with is ex girlfriend tulip and his irish vampire friend. cassidy who join jesse on his journey to confront god who seems to have abandoned his duties ruling heaven. and to make the almighty answer for the neglect. though no start date has been revealed or casting since its in the earliest stages and garth and his cocreator steve dillion who have a particpation deal that gives them royalties of any version of preacher be it the trades that are out of the series or movies or now the tv show. the one quesiton i have is will the censors at hbo have a royal shit fit when it comes time in the show for the villian of the piece the sait of killers. who actully at the end of the series puts a bullet into the almighty . i am betting the censors tell hbo no way for the saint of killers. and it should also be noted hbo also was pitched a tv version of watchman. which is now looking at a spring start for production. yep the film that refuses to die is looking at starting production in spring.

talk about gift excahnges taken to the new level. a couple who went to best buy and bought a sony digital camcorder but when they opend the box they found instead where the camcorder should be was a jar of  pasta sauce. the couple last name rittenburg went to their one best buy and bought a camcorder at the ellsville best buy in saint louis and paid about a grand six hundred for it but when they took the thing home they found wires and the salsa bottle where their camera should be but when they went to take the thing back to best buy best buy refused to give them a refund or replace the camcorder. so when they started talking to some reporoters sony got wind of the thing and called mellissa and told her a replacement camcorder is in the mail for the salsa jar back.  guess sony didn't want to have customers upset and afraid to touch their electronic equipment for fear of more salsa jars. the rittenburgs are happy to get the replacement since all they wanted was the camcorder. as for how the salsa jar got into the box guess who ever inspects the product before its shipped either accidnelty packed part of their lunch in the package by mistake and relized too late to retrive the box or deciced to help themselves to the camcorder and put some salsa into covering their tracks but its proably the lunch accidently put in the box by mistatke. and a costly mistake for both the rittenburgs for buying a camcorder and winding up with a jar of salsa for a grand. and sony who makes camcordres and other electronics not salsa mixes. as for best buy given how they weren't considerate enough to either give the couple a replacement camcorder or their money back it will proably be a long time before they shop there again or if they do the rittenburgs wil proalby check the boxes first to make sure no more stray food items pop up. but talk about gift exchanges taken to a new level. wonder if someone has the missing camcorder and wanted the salsa instead.

the law that now makes it a fine  up to ten grand if employees misuse goverment vehciles in south dakota has only been passed for three weeks and the legislature is already proposing changes in lanquate to make the fine apply to only the state airplane which was the intention of the law. but the wording seemed to include other state vechiles. and the guy who put the thing on the ballot is okay with the changes. the legislature wants the new law to have the fine go only for the state aircraft any that is owned or the stats leases not other vechiles. though there was suggestions to remove the fine altogther. but it got shot down though most say the wording makes the law bad for it seems as it stand that if a state employee stops for a cup of coffee using a state vechile he could get fined. so most are looking at using their own personal vechicles now. just to be safe. for voters voted for the law beliving they were voting to make sure the governor uses the goverment airplane only for state business since gov rounds used the plane to attend a basket ball game and took people with him that weren't employees though he did reimbures the sate. for he belives that if the governor is on offical business and there is also a family event then its okay to use the aircraft that ithe state has for the governor to fly to business. but voters did like that behavior and voted that it would be a fine now if he used the plane for that type of business. though now the law has to have a little change since it was worded to look like all state vechiles could face the fine. not just the plane. and the changes will be taken up wihen the legislature meets. again .for looks like governor rounds will have to buy a airline ticket on a commercial jet when he next wants to take in a game. for the fine stays as was the orginal intention of the law.

talk about a little twist on house. normaly  when someone is  going to betray house the one to pick would be chase as foreman said chase is the type who sucks up to people then stabs them in the back for his own purposes then sucks up to protect his ass. as trigger contiues his  so called investigation against house. telling cutey who protests his actions this is how he gets what he wants. for he belives houses drugs precribtions aren't all legal. and he is making sure house doesn't get so doped he kills someone. as a little girl comes in in deep pain and her parents fighting. first turns out she has gall stones. then after a surgery to cure them she gets a rash. that then leads to flesh eating virus . as house proves that he is nastier not overdosing then he is when he pops a pill. as he starts thanks to trigger goes through withdrawl and gets royally nasty. even telling cutey when the courts give her temporary custody of the girl who then gets a feavers. that she is not cut out to be a parent. as cameron and foreman and chase must decide to betray house to trigger when he freezes their accounts. or at least foremans and camerons for turns out he and chase are working together. trigger makes it look like he freezes chases accounts and chase betrays house. but chase says no for he wants to keep his job. for house will fire him. as trigger tries to get foreman to testify when he brings up his drug abusing brother in the pen even offering to have him freed. and cameron stays loyal to house. and still gets pissed. as for the little girl it turns out she is suffering from being allergic to light for it turns out the pain is caused by the operating lights. that chase figures out and tells house to stop the flesh eating surgery. house then which has been a long time coming punches chase. and then figures out he is right and they get the girl saved and treated. as chase tells wilson what house almost did and wilson makes a deal with the devil for some silver. betrays house to trigger. wonder if house will actully go into rehab. scary if he is nastier when going through withdrawl what will happend if he is totaly not dependent on the stuff.

what ought to really prove that men and woman are truely equal. and no doubt have the catholic church and those against birth control up in arms. british scientists revealed they are working on a male birth control pill finaly that without hormones help blocks sperm from developing like the female one stops the formation of an egg. and no doubt a lot of woman are happy its finaly going to be on the market though the scientists say the earliest is five years. and it will be on the market. the pill the scientists say won't inferfer with orgasms but will constrict the mussle  that ejects sperm but also won't hurt performance and the scientists say may be a better alterntive to a vasactomy as birth control for the scientists dicoverd the pill when studying some treatments for scicophrenia and high blood pressure showed to block sperm production. and clinical trials for approval are already in the works. though the big question is will males actully remember to take the thing.  and also if its approved and on the market five years from now will it also be allowed for teens to use. though most teen males will wind up proably be too embarssed to get the pill. due to not wanting to have their peers raze and embarss them for taking the thing. that plus the scientits say it doesn't protect from sexualy tranmitted diseases. unlike a condom. for looks like woman have gotten one fantasy  of men becoming equal in the sexual way by having their own birth control pill. and no doubt there are proably woman already inquiring when they can get a prescribtion for their man. or teen age son though the fda may wind up when it comes for approval here in the u.s do the same thing it did with the morning after pill. be too stubborn to approve it.

talk about wanting to be a scrooge for the holidays. but thats what some in a town in dever colorado are turning out to be and all over a xmas wreath. the thing started when the homeowners association told lisa jensen she would be fined twenty five bucks till she took down her wreath. thats a day. for seems some objected to her decoration for it had a peace sign wich the president of the homeowners associated said it would be offensive to to those who have someone in iraq. in their town of progosso springs. for some were even saying it was a symbol of satan. linda figures the fine will cost her a grand for she refuses to take down the wreath saying what next they will come after my santa clause. or my lights. i will not be bullied. and won't remove the wreath till after the holidays as is normal. with holiday decorations. and it says somehting that when the home owers associate committe board said they will not fine linda for they see nothing wrong with the wreath for its just a wreath the  president has them removed from the board. it shows how much he seemd to be offended by a xmas wreath. for after all its just a wreath. not like she is hanging like dead animals in blood or drawing a pentagram. its just a normal holiday decoration showing her love for the season. ifor after all i can see the aclu doing something like this but the presiden of the homeowners associate just because the wreath has a peace symbol for someone needs to show the guy the bill of rights where it says freedom of speech and religioun. proving that it seems that almost everything as normal as xmas decorations can turn into a fight. for after all if he doesn't like the wreath he doesn't have to visit her place and see it.

talk about being a canidate for the stupid crook hall of fame. dubed irelands dumbest crook cops finaly tell the guy to give up and go straight before he winds up in the prison in the sky. for talk about dumb. the guy . for first time cops arrested him after he got stuck in a chimmney trying to rob a place. the second time the cops got the guy he was tangling upside down in a bank stuffing money in his pants for the security system caught him trying to come through the ceiling didn't he ever hear of a doors. and the latest time. cops wind up having to rush him to the hospital for he gets hit by a truck escaping from robbing a betting parlor. good thing he didn't place a bet on if the third time is the charm for him. for after all how many times does this guy have to wind up being found by the cops in embarressing situtions before he gets the message and goes straight. not to mention you would think after the last two stunts the judge who hears his cases would finaly have had enough of the guy and either put him a jail so he can't harm himself. for after given this guys luck the next time the cops pick him up will proably either be  to take to the morgue or worse the guy given his luck for winding up in such situations could wind up being found hanging upside down again or of all ironeys for him get hit by his own getaway car. for the guy would have leanred that crime isn't paying for him to try something else. for next time he may wind up in the prison in the sky or worse accidnetly get shot by the cops.

did the fans really think from that after all they went through to get out of the prison that michel and lincoln would even if they wound up captured actully wind up back in a prison. espically now that its revealed the president considers them a threat to her and wants them eliminated even telling old pycho alex to be the one to silence them by being jack ruby and making sure they fall into the pre arranged set up for a hit. and interesting mike and lincoln are in the prison van while that one armed pycho will is running around waking woman after he gets want he wants.  yep instead of being in a new cell getitng to know his new cell mate pycho one armed willie is running around free as a bird and poor woman are being dumb enough to fall for his charms and get whacked shows the intellengice level on the show. as for mike and lincolon you know while they are sitting in the van they aren't going to just sit there quietly wihile alex was whining to those who pull his strings mike and lincoln started working on the chains and then got out of the van and went a running falling into alexs trap or so it seemed. but once again the tables turned as mike and lincoln got some help who finaly did a overdue service and sent alex to answer for his own sins. by putting a few bullets into him. which is good for the guy had it coming. an then tells michel and lincoln that its time for payback for the presidnt ruine their lives and ruined his and payback is overdue. and once agiain mike and lincoln are on the run. with a new alley who holds the key to making sure they never have to be behind bars again . and sent alex to sleep with the fishes. as prison break ended its fall finale with a return jan 22. just like lost. unfortunelty lost will come back minus the nine for abc just pulled the plug the nine went down in flames.

with black friday overwith and actully proving a boost to retaliers even though walmart due to its server freezing didn't do real well . but one thing the retailers all found to be happy about is that electronics increased in sales and men are actully leading by spenidng 405.20  bucks more then woman which is a new trend giving how men seem to avoid shopping at all costs or even wait till  dec to do their holdiay shopping or even xmas eve. thinking that if they put it off long enough their wives or girlfriends will get tired and do the shopping for them. but the trend shows men were leading . and thats due to the sales  for hot electronics like flat screen tvs and dvds . causing men to go and pick them up for a bargin and some even wound up buying cds and dvds and vidoe games. which has retailters happy and surprised at the increase in men shopping.  for they are looking at ways to try and help the trend contiue. when usaully men avoid shopping like a disease unless it involves the power tools section or drooling over the latest electronic. but thanks to mark downs due to black friday and stores being open early men. actully wound up doing more shopping and took the lead over woman a new trend happening. that if it contuies will make retailers happy over having in increase in their revenue from the holidays. and two weeks left and dungeons and dragons hits dvd the perfect gift for that fan on someones list. and also clerks 2 hits this week. too dvds to buy for someone on a holiday list.

comic fans are in shock and mouring for this morning due to complications from diabetes legendary artist and the co creator of wolverine david cockrun died at the age of 63. a long time suffer of diabetes he had been on kidney dilisies recently and wound up in a understaffed vets hospital due to having no insurance for phenomnium in his lungs. till marvel wound up coming to his resuce. but sadly david passed away today from complications of the disease. he started his work in the field by working on the legion for dc. then with len when and chris clarmont redesigned a second team of xmen.  which consisted of wolveirne storm nightcrawler. coluses and banshess and thunderbird plus david also created fan favorite mystique and the starjammers. which made him a legend. plus his patty was one of the first female members in comics and part of the orignal marvel bullpen. but sadley david cockrun  lost his battle with diabetes. that not only made his lung capicty and immune system weak but was slowly stealing his sight as he stated in one of his last interviews. and his kidneys function. david cokrun rip you are one legend that went way before your time sympathy goes out to his family and those who wish to send condolences can do so at magnetorampant@yahoo.com to send his widow patty condolences. as for marvel i hope your have some sympathy in those corporat hearts of yours over his death since your little deal you made to pay his medical bills required him to give up his rights to his creations and also feel good that you corporate suits never paid the legend the royalties that could have maybe helped pay for better hospital care and slowed down the disease. any way david with deepest sympaty you are one legend that shouldn't have gone yet.

picked up the 20th aniversary of the animited transformers the movie. and after twenty years it still lives up to its legacy . and the work to restore it was worth it as the set contians both the full screen and seldom seen wide screen versions . i put in the widescreen version and you can see the restoration that went into it. and after twenty years. the story remains from the death of optimus prime. to the evil of unicrone and megatron becoming more insane as galvatron plus the matrix finding the one its suppose to go to. still after twenty years. and the autobots who died the first twenty minutes of the film . the deaths didn't phase me the first time i saw the film. didn't get upset this time. as for special features you get commentary from the director the writer and the voice of arcee suzann blu nelson shin and flint dile and sue set the record straight that arcee and hot rod were boyfriend and girlfriend. plus a little triva thing called the autobot matrix of knowledge that gives facts and triva during the film. and trailers and tv spots including some of the toy commericals but thats on disc two which is the full screen version. plus photo gallery and commentary for scramble city episode and a side by side comparison of the remastered work. plus a sneak peak at the live action movie  on disc 2 for special features you get a dvd rom triva game. a q&a with snelson shin tom griffin the producer and joe bascal and fling and sue. and a feature of death of optimus prime. deleted scenes with altnertive footage with commentary.a nd some storyboards. plus a dvd rom that includes a link to exlucive content. will have to try it out. all in all transformers fans if you haven't picked it up do so. or if its on your holiday wish list heres hopeing xmas is good and you find it under the tree otherwise after the day is done take any cash and buy a copy.espiaclly for the easter eggs on both dvd versions of a classic though optimus primes death is still sad and scary . plus turns out from the commentary flint realy doesn't like devistator much .

proving that crazy horse isn't the only native american legend who deserves to have his grave honored and memorialized. the new owners of the land where the memorial and grave of the legendaray sitting bull revealed plans to completly after years of neglect and decay restore it . which is really fitting to honor crazy bull and out of respect for him. the guys rhet albers and bryan defender have not only bought the land where the memorial and his grave supposibly is since lengend and truth is no one actully knows where crazy horses remains are buried some say north dakota others say the rosebud reservation but those who know the truth and to honor his wishes have gone to the great hunting ground in the sky. but two guys decided after seeing the bad conidion the site was in like garbage and the memorial cracked and plus used for keggers they decided that was no way to honor a man like crazy horse so they bought the land and long story short a restoration project is in the works not with out critics like some of sitting bulls living relitives who are afraid the site is just going to be used as a tourist trap.  but rhet and ryan say no for they want to use the site to educate people about crazy horse and to make sure grave robbers don't try to steal crazy horses remains again like an earlier attempt a slab has been placed over his grave. or what some say is his grave since his remains have never been revealed. plus showing that he is considered a real holly figure to the native american tribes his site contains holly artifacts like sage tobaco and ribbons. sacred artifacts to the native americans. my view is its about time someone went and restored the site in a way to honor a man like sitting bull and to do it in a respectfull  manner. to honor his spirit even if the whereabouts of his remains remain one of south dakotes greatest mysteries since there is no way to get dna samples for testing to prove if the remains at the memorial are his. and thats how he wanted it and his wishes should be honored that way.

in another twist as utigo tries to get bama to give her more info. itchigo winds up in more trouble as the fight doesn't happend instead the budi decides to open a rif and proves to be the better killer and starts to atttract a whole lot of hollows that sends uigos hollow alarm going nuts. as the hollows come a calling but itchgo mages to take some of them down and the bundi does the other  but they still keep coming one goeing after karien who is playing ball in the park as chad makes his next appearance and teams up with kariena nd then shows that he is more then he seems as karien and him find a hollow heaeded their way and chad winds fighting it and aquiring some freaky armour another soul society recruit.  as cartien starts to figure out the hollows are connected to itchigo and uriko. which means look like the two soul reapers may have just picked up an alley or another soul reaper . and also a whole lot of explaining to do. as carien seems to be putting things together though given that she can see hollows she could be another soul reaper in training. a whole family of them. wonder what the soul society is going to feel about the events now for sooner or later they have got to be making an appearance on bleach. as for trintiy blood that comes before bleach refuse to watch it for its a little to religously creepy for my taste.for a vampire with religion interesting but too conflicting for my tastes.

proving that peta  is nuts. the group showed up at a church to target its navitity scene . when their webist found it was a live one. but to the surprise and confussion of the resident priest jason armstrong was wondering what was up when he recieved an email from peta  beranting him over the cruel and danger by forcing innocent animals to take part in the nativy scene. but turns out the church whic is in ancorage has never used live animals. just people or as rev armstrong put it its bad enough that the people who do the navity scene are freezing their butts off stanidng out side in the weahter we don't need to subject innocent animals to the same thing. but to peta live navity means animals are involved so they sent the email telling some horror stories of some animals who ment bad fates like emilo the donkey who was kidnapped and beaten.  but the church doesn't use live animals  and finaly went on his business and peta didn't show up to see for themselves or proably throw blood at the scene. for the church turns out has someone dress up in an animal costume for a cow and also use camel puppets no real animals but peta thinks live navitey means animals for there is no convincing them unless they show up themselves. which they didn't just proves that peta really is nuts espically if they are going to get so confused over the words live nativy and go after a churhc that never uses animals in their nativty scene for turns out peta montitors churchs to make sure the animals aren't harmed . wasn't there any restaurant protests sceduled that they had to go after a church because it showed up on a list from a web search live nativity. hopefully the holiday season brings peta some common sense for the group needs it.

when the new legislature meets in south dakota the one main issue they will have to take up is the death penalty  mostly to make sure  what forced the governor to delay at the last minute the exicution of elijah page due to some discrimties or so he claims in state law and federal law doesn't happend again and to also make sure death row imates don't use the change as another avenue of appeal . so far one proposal the governor will introduce in jan  would provide flexibility  in the state law and also replace the two drug concktial with the three drug one though a few legislatures say the methods of exicution should be changed to include hanging or fireing squad instead of just lethal injection. plus some also want to clarify who is quilified to give the cocktail. as once agains thanks to the actions of  governor rounds south dakota is back to debating the merrits of the death penalty mostly making its laws match other states since the reason rounds delayed the exicution or so he claims was that the drug cocktial south dakota uses didn't comply with federal law. and was afraid of a lawsuit when really he stoped the exictuion due to his religous beliefs. though most of the  legislature says that there is no way the debate for updating the death penatly law will include repealing it and just life in prison for those who commit crimes that quilify for it.for most people in south dakota favor the death penalty. so even if the legislature included in a death penalty package of bills one to repeal it it would be dead in chambers. as  come january the death penalty will be a hot issue for south daktots legilslature. which may lead to the states first exicution in a while after a delay.

 and what has now become another twist in making sure new line gets the message loud and clear to have peter jackson direct the hobbit. the  holder of the rights to toikens work paul zauter stated in in interview that he indeed sees peter directing the hobbit and the mystery prequal film.  for one reason that the rights revert back to him next year. and since peter is fed up with the stuios behavior zuter says he knows peter will be able to get a good deal with him. which is why peter will proably wait to do the film. for once zuter has the film rights revert back to him. new line will no longer be in charge of the thing so they will have no say on peter directing or not directing. not to mention with mgm wanting peter. and fans signing an online petetion demanding peter jackson direct the film. or they won't watch it.  plus ian mckellen saying he is sad that peter jackson may not do the hobbit for he wants to revisit middle earth with him. and now the owerner of the rights of toilkens work stating that its going to be peter jackson doing the film. new line might as well face it and stop their little petteness over being sued and get a contract worked out and sent to peter to sign and tell him to start work.  for the odds are favoring peter jackson doing the hobbit. for if they keep this pettiness over trying to retalitate because he sued them for the profit share he got screwed out. the chances of them now with the odds the way they keep stacking in peters favor of new line doing a film version before the rights revert back to saul . don't look good espically when mgm. could get nasty and refuse to distribute it. the chances keep getting better and better that this saga is going to end with peter jackson directing the hobbit.  for fans and even the one who controls toilkiens work have spoken they want peter jackson to direct the hobbit so new line might as well give up for they are waging a battle they can't win now.

talk about one thing about being owned by the disney company that if they choose abc can run one of their films. during  the holidays and what looks like the begining of a tradition in the vane of a charlie brown thanksgiving. they ran shrek 2  the second chapter of the shrek saga. where shrek and phionah are trying to be romantic in the swamp but keep getitng inturpted by donkey. when phinohs parents summon her home so they can give their blessing to the union. so shrek and phinoh go to far far away. and little do they know someone wants to make sure their marriage doesn't get the blessing. as the fairy godmother seems to have another agenda mostly making sure her son prince charming claims phionah. as shrek  and phionah learn the meaing of true love. plus shrek two introduces anthony banderis as puss in boots. who the king hires to kill shrek. after learning from one of cinderellas step sisters who kills orges. only to befriend him and donkey as they go visiting the fairy godmother and steal a potion to make shrek human and donkey a horse. while the godmother tells the king to give phionah a potion to make her kiss the first person she sees the prince. and plus turns out at midnight the formula shrek took will wear off. unless he gets the old fairy tale loves true kiss.  plus turns out the creators of pixar seem to have some fantasty that picnochio would make such a cross dresser as he and the big bad wolf and ginerbread man rescue shrek and donkey from a dungeon.  and then race to the ball where turns out the king  finaly learns that phionah really loves shrek and double crosses the godmother. and in the end zaps her away. and shrek and phionah kiss and turn back to normal. and then donkey finds he is a pop when his love the dragon returns with a litter. plus the movie also did a take off of american idol with puss and boots and donkey doing livin la vida loca. and even animated simon cowel is his old charming self. plus shrek and pinoah get into the act also. which is extended on the dvd as a bonus feature. looks like abc is testing what may be the start of a new holiday tradition. running shrek and next year by then shrek 3 will have arrived and then shrek four .
