Roman should just except that the only way he is going to be leaving his Swiss Jail cell is when the U.S. is escorting him to a court house in California. as once again the Swiss courts have turned down his new request for bail citing that they still believe even though Roman has offered to pay in cash this time. that they still believe letting him out would be wrong that he would flee the country if let out that he is a flight risk that the moment he got granted bail much to roman claiming other wise the swiss courts belive he would go running back to france. so once again bail is denied due to the fact the swiss court does not want to take the chance and belives Roman even though he  is saying otherwise would run back to france the moment he is let free. so means Roman is going to file another bail request and proably get it turned down. as his victim Sam is once again asking the case against roman be dropped saying she is being victimized all over again by all the publicity and the case being brought up again .even though Roman will finaly be facing the justice he went running from. as swiss courts once again tell Roman no way are we letting you out of jail till the u.s proably comes and takes you out themselves. for we do and you will run like hell back to france to once again avoid justice long denied. which means even if Roman offered to be under house arrest in his chatue in swiizzerland and wear an electronic monitor . Swiss courts will say no way for he is too much of a flight risk.  proving the swiss courts are smart enough to known not to let Roman out of  his cell till the u.s comes and gets him to take him back. and given how roman will be appealing the extridition request it will proalby be months. or sometime next year before that happens.

while she winds down her three day trip to pakistan. Sec of State Clinton next goal  and plan while she is over there is to try and get Palistine and Israil back to the table and start talking of finaly making peace that lasts more then two seconds. but one big obstacle already facing Hiliary is that Palistine leaders say they are not interested in talking right now unless Israile stops its development of new settlements in the disputed part of the west bank something the president demanded a while ago but the u.s to get Israile back to the table has now backed off. that demand. but Palistine wants the building to stop any way. and unless Israile stops looks like once again peace between Palistine and Israile will be a dream that will never be fullfilled even as Clinton is trying to get the two sides to the table again. while she is over there on business. but unless Israile stops the disputed settlements Palistine has said no plans to resume talks now. besides even if both sides change their mind and do go back to the table to talk. while Clinton is over there. the one big issue that both sides can never come up with a solution too is both want Jerusulum as their captital palistine wants it as the capital of their own state and Israile wants to keep it as a capital also does not want to share. as Clinton looks while she is over seas on business to try and get Palistine and Israile to come to the table and try for the decades of elusive peace that lasts more then two seconds that even Hell freezing over willl not make happen

when Helen and will go after an abnormal who seems to have super powers they wind up getting more then they bargin for as the guy suit seems to make it hard for any tests. as the sanctuary crew with a new member joe find  some eggs of a abnormal helens father was tracking long ago and the thing seems to be able to possess people to use as a host ala aliens as it mutates like a butter fly as kate winds up having to bail out her brother when he comes a calling and the guy she has to get him free from is an old aquintance of kate who wants her to steal  a rare lizzard int he sanctuary but kate has other plans and turns the tables on the guy even threaiing to kill them for her family as the Will and Helen soon learn the super hero guy gets his power due to the suit being a collective of bugs who has formed a symbyotie realtionship with max the former insurance rep who offers helen some that the bugs merged with max telepathically he comands them some how but wants the suit off. and after helping them deal with the other thing who turns out to be a pissed off dinsaour like creature. and their weapons do not work pus the thing produces a sonic blast. max gets the suit off he commands it to leave him and the collective  does . plus the guy  rubs henry the wrong way by publishing a comic of his adventures stealing Henrys idea. not to mention a lot of referances when will is talking to him from x-men like pylocke being killed and brought back saying he got his powers from the ruby of cytorack which fans know is how the juggernaut got his powers. from.

just like in the finance committe that threw the orginal scedule and deadlines for health care off the tracks. the blue dog dems are  once again showing some concerns over the senate just revealed health care plan. even though the house has not gotten their plan yet. the blue dogs are like last time showing some concerns saying there are good things in the bill but also some stuff that is so bad they may need to redo. and will be like in the finance committee going over and talking to their people back home and proably wanting a compromise for their backing when it gets to the house. for a bill. which means the blue dog dems are not ready yet till like in the finance committtee certain issues are adressed and no doubt one will be the public option. again.a s some health care history repeating itsself the blue dog dems objecting again over some stuff in the new version. which surely could once again be worked on and get their support like last time.

guess they want to live up to their rep as being the place that one can find everything. not to mention proably think funneral homes are some new competion to crush. in their schemes to rule the world as the only  retailer in town. as Wal Mart now has added casket's and urns to their merchandise though the price for the things are about several grand . for  not even Walmart would have a casket or urn for  the low price of like fifty bucks or even a hundred or way down to ten dollars impossible. as for why wal mart would decide to now add caskets and urns guess they really want to live up to their rep as if one can not find it at wal mart then do not bother looking for it. odds are if wal mart does not have it then it is not worth trying to find. not to mention the casket and urn would be perfect for those who if nothing else who have a relitive or some one who they never care for go on to heaven wal mart would be perfect for them take away the guilt by having that one that was not like able sent on their marry way the wal mart way in an urn or casket saving a lot of money from a funneral parlor. though that is kind of on the macrbra side for wal mart not to mention no doubt would be creepy to go through the check out line with an urn.  guess wal mart wants to add to its rep as the most evilest place on earth. now making it easier to send the departed off and save some money caskets and urns. now at wal mart. espically for that one realitive who was so disliked or nasty. makes me want to avoid wal mart from now on mostly for the creepiness of now knowing they are wanting to help send the departed off . caskets and urns new item for wal mart.

guess in utah they do not really like rap music or in one group of teen cases raping as a way to order some food at mc donalds. as four teens who in salt lake city on their way to a sccer game stopped at a mc donalds and saying they were imitating a video on you tube raped their order. the cashier told them to repeat it and talk . but when they repeated the order the manager then told the group to leave for they were holding up the line so either order normaly or leave. was said accoring to the leader Spencer daunwalder. so the group finaly left as the manger took down their license plate number and cops soon showed up at the teens school and gave them a citation for disorderly conduct given to the group in the high school parking lot the parents say they will fight the thing. the mcdonalds said they had the cops give the thing for the employee own saftey they felt was threatened by the behavior of the teens not the rap. but  by them  messing around with the drive through and holding things up and even swearing at the worker. though there is no law that says raping is illegal even orderiing  at a restuarant though mostly a way to get people wondering if somone is on something . or if a padded cell should be looked into . but other wise true the teens should have known better then to copy something on you tube. but other wise technically they did nothing illegal for raping is not illegal though they were asked not to and contiued too so in a way they did commit some misconduct by not stopping their rapping when asked. guess rapping is not taken kindly in utah espically at mc donalds.  as four teens face dis orderly conduct for doing it a a drive thrue.

with the senate unveiling their new version of the much needed health care bill at a price of 894 billion and also makes sure most of the presidents goals are left plus the old refuse to lay down and die cockroach the public option in the new bill. not to mention the house saying next week some time they are going to vote on their version.  if the republicans now that the dems are trying to do what they can to make the filibuster neutrilized.  one thing the republicans may get to go back to use to try and hurt health care is back to kill granny and death pannels since turns out the contorversial option that would pay doctors to talk to seniors about end of right choices. the thing the reupblicans turned into kill granny and health care is a front for death pannels to whack the elderly and disabled people turns out the thing is still in the health care bill that  the provsion even though the senator who orignally put it  in with good intentions and removed it from the versions being voted on by the finance committee. the thing turns out is back in the house version. which means the republicans once they find the thing are going to be starting the goverment wants to kill granny and form death pannels again. though the thing no doubt will be stripped out of the final verision for does not look like its in the just revealed senate version. as health care takes another step closer to heading to the presidents desk proably sometime in the new year coming unless congress can pull off a christmas mircle. and  he can get the thing as a xmas gift. but that does not look likely.

given the success the orginal show being human which is about a young werewolf . vampire , and ghost living together and trying to balance their double lives. and the episodes have been shown on you tube . one wonders how long before a the series got brought over here like Scy fy doing what they did with doctor who or someone daring to do what has been the trend with british shows that prove to be some what of a hit. like the office remake them and american ize them. and  what is the first for scy fy. they are now planning to do being human the American version which includes writting the scripts and a new no doubt american cast. their reasons they found it the perfect fit in theme for Sanctuary . and having seen the epsidoes on you tube . i kept wondering why since Scy FI no longer has the rights to doctor who yet. why they did not go after being human yet.  for it is perfect for that network. the plan is for the new version to be up and on the air by summer of 2010 next years. which means scy fy will be spending most of next year working on getting being human off and running though they could license the original version and run it while they work on the new version fill in. for being human is the perfect fit for sci fi channel . and they are finaly getitng around to bringing it to them. a new american version but still being human coming to a u.s home it was the perfect fit for.

as she gets ready to reveal the senate new verison of the health care bill that incudes the public option and will mandate every one buy insurance by a certain time or face fines. not to mention what already has some members upset and proving the republicans will not vote for the new version a option to also have a goverment run health care that would give health care to some and work to lower drug prices. plus the bill would make it so insurance companies can not deny some one due to a pre existing condition. as pelosie gets ready some time today reveal the bill  . which  as expected from day one faces a tough battle sine one it has the dreaded public option which has senator bidden saying he will try and filebuster the bill yep turining on his own party doing the gops job.  not to mention the new bill has the goverment having their own health care program winding competting with insurance companies. plus the total cost once the bill is in effect fully provided it does not get repealed by the republicans . as speaker of the house Nancy is hoping the new health care bill passes now with her even watning a vote before the vetrans day holiday so the president could wind up with the bill after that . which means some time next years or by some mircle by xmas. but that will be cutting it close

what ought to have peta in an uproar and screaming. south park had stan and crew become protectors of whales and dolphins. and also took a little jab at the reality shows whale hunters and crab boat fishing. as when stans birthday spent diving with dolphins is soon turned tragic due to the japaness going on a killing spree to rid the world of whales and dolphins. stan  decides to take some action as cartman messes with some karokee no drag this time. thankfully. and tells stan when he enlists some help i do not give a dam about the dolphins or whales even butters refuses to help. stan so he joins the whale hunter crew. and takes over the show by sabatoging the japaness and even brings in a robot godzilla. then cartman seeing the fame stan is getitng gets on board and soon the crab boat fishing show causes a fight with stan only soon the boys get captured by the japaness who explain they are after the whales and dolphins for they bombed hiroshima and dropped the atomic bomb. which some one should tell matt and trey some things are not really ripe for humor and the bombing of japan is one. even if it was used as reason to have the whales and dolphin killing going on in south park. so stan gets the bright idea and tells the japaness actully cows and chickens did the bombing so the japanee's wind up going on a cow and chicken killing spree from now on. the episode is sure to tick off peta.over all the animated whales and dolphins killed. and of course the cows and chickens.not to mention cart man singing the same song over and over should be considered a crime against karoke.

in 24 hours health care reform will take its next step as the senate after long talks will reveal their new verison that finaly combines the versions and also included the public option plus now will allow small business and employees to shop for insurance in coops. and will include helping those who can not afford to buy insurance be able to though employers still will face fine if the subsidey are used plus the version still contains the unversial mandate of everyone having to buy insurance or be fine but the new version does keep most of the presidents goals in tact including making sure the insurance companies can not deny some one coverage over a pre condition even as the new version has a goverment run option also plus another health care step is the house says they will proalby look to vote on the thing next week. as the senate gets ready to in 24 hours reveal their much negotated new verison of their health care bill though still need  to get a few more votes for the 60 to make the filibuster useless by the republicans.

what even though on lawyer says it will be hard to win a lawsuit on religous grounds . what will no doubt have the aclu come a calling and make Home depot miserable. since turns out in Florida  a Home Depot fired worker Trevor Keezer on the grounds his one pin he was wearing to support the troops violated their dress code. the pin in question said under god taken from the pledge of alligence. Trevor was wearing it for a quiet a while and had no complaints but next thing Home depot is telling him he is in violation of the dress code though they offered him one of their own buttons   that said united we stand. though trevor says the home depot went after his flag button that said under god one nation indivisable after he brought a bible to lunch one day thats when they told him his button was not okay and he got fired. for after all true Trevor might have been violating the dress code but Home depot then offering their own button to him is also a violation of their own code . not to mention the button was a flag and Trevor was wearing it to support our troops.  but Home Depot decided his way of supporting the troops was in violation of their code and fired him. and no doubt the aclu will have something to say about the incident. mostly claim violation of Trevors free speech. and right to show support of troops in his own way. since the pin had under god one nation indivisbile on it . hope Home Depot is nice and gives Trevor a nice referance for a new job.

knowing how the republicans are figuring out how to as they put it make sure the new version of health care does not come to a vote now that harry reid put in a government run health care plan besides the dreaded public option that would allow states to opt out which is causing some democrats that are needed to get the sixty votes to render the filibuster from happending. dems are now busy as work is still going on to merge parts of the house and senate versions into one version to be voted on in the senate the dems are looking at trying to find a plan to get health care passed and fullfill the presidents one big part of his agenda. since the republicans will not come on board due to the public option and now a goverment version of health care in the plans. plus some moderate dems are bulking at the public option. as the dems work on figuring out how to get the health care bill passed in the senate. once the versions are combined to one bill. and also get the sixty needed to stop a filibuster from happending with health care so close to finaly being overhauled and fixed.

at least sarah should be happy given that she is bound and determine to run for president . that she will have some money to help with the campaine as turns out her retainer for her book turns out Sarah revealed on her finaicial disclosure forms. even though she is no longer governor. incluidng 4 grand worth of baseball tickets from rudy guilianie. that the price harper collins paid for her book going rogue which Sarah is calling the retainer before she says she gets the advance on it. 1.25 million guess sarah figures she is as former vice presidental canidate and the second woman to try for that office . that she figures people will buy enough of her book to cover that payment. not to mention after she proably uses it to pay for bills and stuff . she can have some put away for her run for president which most figure is going to happen . should be itneresting to see if sarah can convince Oprah to endorse her book. and also the book would be worth having to learn what she actuly thinks of her former son in law bristol not to mention what she thought of mccain picking her just to try and steal the woman vote from obama . the book if nouthing else is worth a look to see what interesting things Sarah palin has to say.  mostly her feeligns about bristol and also her feud with David letterman. for sarah must be doing something right keeping her fifteen minutes of fame going about 1.25 million worth of mniutes now with her book coming out.

just when it looked like the remake horror film genre was finaly dieing now hellraiser has been added to the list but the plans are to make it in 3d yes. dimensiion films is looking to remake clive barkers eighties masterpiece of horror and which also gave horror fans a charcter who proably would flee at the site of a hammer. pin head. which has had many directors try to come on board only to quit. the last one citing creative differances. or could it be pin head does not want to return to the big screen. and just when it looked like hollywood was moving towards orginal stuff like paranormal. though if there was ever a film that would be interesting in three d.  hell raiser would be one . as dimension is now looking to bring pin head to the big screen again but not only as a remake but in three d. as pin head said we can show you things and take you places you could never imagine. this time in three d. should be interestng to see how they pull off the cenobites in 3 d not to mention with special effects being what they are the puzzle box that inflicts pin head on the world getting a make over. though they could have gone with a freddy vs pin head film instead

as congress works on health care another key thing and another firestorm of the presidents agenda is getting a look today as some members of the senate are debating and pushing the climate bill  trying to see if they can muster some votes to pass the thing even though support for it in the senate is not really good mostly due to the bill plans to have the u.s cut its green house emissions by a certain level.for most members of congress say the plan as it stands would hurt the u.s economy even though the president says int he long run the bill would get the u.s on a green economy  plus have the u.s lead it trying to slow down global warming another claim some of the senate members are against the bill as the climate bill is getting a debate and looked at seeing if it can be debated and worked on for a vote even. though given how most members of congress have stated they can not vote for the climate bill due to their belief it would hurt the economy even if it created green jobs. the climate bill may wind up doa in the end or reworked for a new one but doa is proably a better and the outcome of the climate bill as it stands.
