normaly it is said that hollywood is the city of the weirdos but l.a took the title for american idol. as the first day the judges rejected one bad contestant after another only sending one through who told them  if she didn't make it she was done trying to pursue a music career. and went through and like all the other cities the poor dogs were screaming from the bad singing. one girl even went begging to sing another song and simon said no went away the second day the weirdness contiued from a couple who both didn't make it the girl  sparkle even went so far as to flirt with simon showing how bad she wanted it if she is willing to try and seduce simon. she didn't make it and neither did her boyfriend then a guy who is 66 years old audtion saying its in memory of his wife who just died days before had the judges in tears but the rules dq him. but the second day they managed to have better luck sending through some . but the most interesting bit is one contestant named sean came and sounded like mickey mouse on acid. and even when simon told him to go a lower range he kept sounding like mickey mouse then after he left simon found out he was learning from paulas and randys music lesson dvd and went running after him followed by randy and paula and leaving ryan wondering if the judges have finaly cracked. and  the show ended with simon still running after the guy and for all fans know he is still running after him. all because he tried to learn  to sing from paula and randys dvd. proably to tell the guy he feels sorry that even paula and randy couldn't help him try to be a singer. first time simon went running after a rejected contestant  .  for the way it sounded the guy was part of a prank by paula and randy and maybe simon wanted to see if he can really sing. plus oliva newton john was a guest judge. l.a brought out the weirdness for american idol and had simon running down the street.

proving that like congress south dakotas legislature really seems to not like raising the mimium wage as a pannel voted to kill a meausre that just like the one congress passed and is now stuck in the senate due to tax breaks put in. that would raise the minium wage to 7 bucks. by 08 and also took it one step further by raising it to match inflation every year something congress should really put in the bill . if they can ever get the senate to get the message to vote on the minium wage separtly instead of a hybrid crap version. but the pannel killed the bill 9 to 4 thought its only a pannel and with governor rounds saying he will sponsor a raise. it no doubt come up again even though most who voted it down say the state should wait till congress raises the wage at the federal level whcih right now unless a mircle happends in commitee is not likely to happend for a while. i would love to know why are all these members of congress and state members so against raising the mimium wage to a someday liveable level for after all are they so afraid that if the working class gets a wage they can live on that maybe they will start to level the playing field and congress would have other people to canter too besides the speciel interests. or is it the rich elitist so afraid that the poor and working class would wind up getting close to a level way of living like them. not with their fortunes but enough to not worry about how to make ends meat. and its censure for dan sutton only because the senate failed to pass expulsion. stating he put himself in this postion by getitng into the bed with the page. but south dakota has taken a page from the senate and killed a hike in the minium wage at least till governor rounds resubmitts his proposal.

what is going to be a hard battle between the house and senate pannel to iron out differences  and may wind up with the raise in the minium wage dieing yet the senate went ahead with final passage of their version that includes tax breaks for busiinesses. something the democrtas didn't want put in the bill in the first place that weren't in the house verison but the senate since they have had a habbit of always killing the riase put them in to their version. citing that bush said he would sign a raise if it icluded tax breaks to help businesses. small ones that would be hurt by the raise increase instead the senate put tax breaks for businesses that don't need them. so now its up to the house and senates pannel on ironing out the differences in the bills and sending  it on to bush though given how dems felt about the tax cuts  the senate put in their version. getting a minium wage raise both sides can agree on is not going to be easy . for the big issue tax breaks. bush says he want them for small businesses to help them with cost. the senate put some in for businesses that really don't need them. and the houses was against such tax breaks from the start so a lot of work before  the much overdue mimium wage increase finaly happends. a lot of compromise needed. but a long way from happending. due to the issue of tax breaks. for the senate can't ever get the notion to ever vote on a separate minium wage raise they always put it in with other stuff. everytime. and six more days and robotech fans get their answeres. robotech the shadow chronicles on dvd.

as much as  fans acutlly thought house would have changed from the hiatus as cutey found out he pulled another fast one for the rehab didn't stick and was back to taking vicidian again. and cuty hit the roof  and kept threating him with going back to jail when he tried to avoid clinic duty as was part of her little bit of perjury. cutey should relise by now that house is house and any one who tries to change him is just giving themselves up to be run over by a bull.  but when a girl who was raped and now pregnant comes in and asks house to be her docter. house starts to show actully a litlte sign that he is human he may come off as a nasty to everyone around. but he has a heart. as foreman cameron and chase wind up arguing what should be houses best way of handling the girl who seems to have in some way sought out house as a way to start healing. as house winds up starting to feel for her and reach out by getting her to slowly start talking by revealing a little family secret about himself that his father was an absuvie ass. though he covers by saying it was his grandmother . which gets the girl to start slowly come around and talk about what happend to her even accepting having an abortion after arguing with house about how wrong it is and abortion is against gods will. as cameron winds up having to treat a terminlay ill cancer patient. who has no family and doesn't want any more life saving treatment even brings up camerons husband which pisses her off. till he finaly dies telling cameron he wants to be remembered by someone. as after the girl is discharged cutey and wilson even though house won't admit it. seems to have been touched by another person  and his hidden softer side got to come out. house with a heart and caring about someone else. scary. plus there was no way house would actully go into rehab for the drugs are what makes him function hide the pain of his leg house give that up its not going to happend. no matter what the writers put as houses only way out of a new prediciment.

even though it has produced more winners of american idol memphis seems to have lost the lighting and fire from previous visits for only twenty made it . one who sings different then she talks after having her fate having to be dediced by paula. another contestant named sean did kiss by a rose and blew the judges away even looking like jack osborn saying he wants to bring david hasslehoff to tears. as for the interesting ones.one stand out was  a robus lady of fifty who lied she was twenty six and came dressed as big birds missing twin even a yellow thong. that she put her number on. the judges said no way. and feel sorry for all the dogs screaming for her voice got to the level of shattering glass. another robus godess didn't make it. and another had randy and paule on their knees begging the contestant to go away. plus another bad one had paula get up and go what was that. he didn't make it. and lets not for get the last one of the time there who after simon and randy let her sing two songs one on the stage one off she still sounded bad and she got mad and said who are they to be judging for paula is much better. if paula had been there she would have agreed with simon and randy  or proably start having one of her bizare mood swings for memphis didn't have lighting strike again espically with a fifty five year old grandfather type audtiioning didn't make it and would wardbrobe make a note to never put ryan in yellow again for it was scary enough with the big bird woman but ryan in yellow was creepier.

the game contiues on prison break as michel and link contiue going on their run with their new ally and their old nemisis agent kane is pursuing them once again as they decide to broadcast a message to the public only it turns out to be a trick of michel as he reads  statement and gives some morse code to another helper. as another one of their former group members is stuck in mexico on the run.  and winds up getting some help of his own as he works his way to save his famiy. as the conspircy goes nuts trying to find michela and link and capture them but they keep on running and michel goes seeking some help from an old ally the nurse friend of his that he sent the morse code too as their ally tells them he knows the conspirtors may think the vidoe could be doctored for thats what he would do. though the big question is why is this guy helping michel and link for is he really trying to clear link and make sure he never goes back to prison or is he up to some other agenda.  as michel and link contiue their run and try to keep one step ahead of the game and one week to go and  on heroes clare meets her real mom. and mr. bennet gets a taste of sylar who escapse as nickie gets help to try and control jessice and peter makes an alliance with  the invisible man played by christoperh eclesions and hiro comes face to face with his father played by geore takie. and he isn't happy at all to see his kid

with the scandal done with dan sutton. the next senator who may be facing an investigation could be  roger hunt the issue not disclosing the name of a donor who gave hunt 750 thousand dollar donation to right ot life the groupt that was fighting to make sure the bann on most abortions passed. even after numberous requests from the attonrey general to do so. for south dakota law even though hunter says is vague states that names of  donors be revealed. hunt and his lawers have already been asking to have the case dismiss. saying he doesn't have to revea the name. that the donation was like every other one given to officicals. though hunt should also think that its not only the name of the donor he may be in trouble with the law over but that he formed a dummy corporation to funnel the 750 with him as leader. under orders of a client. the big question is will the house actully wind up getitng in the issue and investigate hunter for refusing to reveal the name. or will they just let him contiue keeping silent knowing that the senate went after sutton for supposibley being inappropriate with a page. but one of their own now refuses to obey the law and reveal the name of a donor. so will the house do what the senate did with sutton or will they do noting and become hyprocrites. and this week robotech fans wait for answers after 21 years is almost over. feb six  robotech the shadow chronicles on dvd

once again two victimes showed up on cold case but this time they turned out to be two separate cold cases and both victims connected to each other vie using meth. plus one of the victims turned out to be a blast from millers past.  for turns out she held one of the victimed named thook. who turns out to be a former drug dealer. and the other case invovled a girl whose mother was a meth user when her father split and  one of the main suspects turned out was the one who got the mother hooked. and was happy about it to the point scotty was ready to get phyciscal with the scum even threating to take him straight to gp in prison no jail stop. but as lily and crew keep digging they keep finding the connectetion between thook and the girl  who turns out thook helped get her home after she went after her mother who when they couldn't get into a rehab center due to it being full she ran off and mary went after her and got lost so tjook and marys boyfriend want to be jimmy came a calling and tjook gave up pushing. till one of his former clients came a calling for a fix and pulled out a piece who turns out to be one of millers former vice contacts who shoots tjook while the other scum shoots mary  two victims two shooters for once and cold case. and nick gets dumped by his new girlfriend who can't handle eventually settling down with a cop. after making a comment about miller being in the cold case vault due to it being her time of the moth a woman thing right in front of lilly. for miller is the female african american new member of the team.

the simpsons proved that it doesn't have to be only halloween for a triology episode as homer deciding to seek revenge on the old texas business guy. winds up learning from marge lisa and bart that vegence doesn't solve anything. marges story is a take off of the count of moto cristo and yes the creators had permission to do it. where homer is the count and moe is the villian only to have the count still lose again his wife and kids. after getting revenge on moe marge rejects the count. the second story had lisa deal with a vengence crazed milhouse who gets ahold of a mechanical glove that allows him to get payback on those who did him wrong from super wedgies to noogies that one takes off willies head.  only to give it up when milhouse tries to turn it on lisa and finds he can't do it and then nelson gets ahold of the thing and uses it on milhouse. the third story had bart wind up doning the cape and cowl of bartman finaly bartman making his series debute.  to seek vengence on the one who killed barts parents. the snake. and like batman who its a  parody of some of the villians show up like lenney the toker. mole man. suger and spice patty and thelma and a drag queen lenny as a rip off of posion ivy. and thankfully warner brothers has a since of humor so no law suit over bartman. and also king of the hill returned for its eleventh season where peggy having a midlife crisis winds up making friends with a drag queen who falls in love with her only to be unhappy when he learns she is a real woman and not a transgender one. and tries to break it off only to be encourged by hank to contiue their friendship as bobby trying out a new prank book finds the book is nuts as his pranks wind up benfitting their targets. and bill finds some love in a drunk hooker.  king of the hill is back. now if only american dad would die the death it deserves.

what is taking vets medical skills to their limits. kentucky derby winner barboros just had another setback as doctors had to do a risky procedure to put in a screw in his dammaged leg. to hold a the cevert bone together but the bone is so weak it could break again and barboro can't put any weight on the leg again. not to mention he just had treatment done on his left hind hoof for tentintius. so poor barboro just when he gets closer to being a phonix of race horses and making a mircle complet recovery and totalyproving those who think now is the time to call it quiets and euthenize him he keeps beating the odds. making sure death isn't getting him without a fight still though this latest setback have doctors concerned since the next step to help him is a real risky procedure to fix his latest setback but givien how barbora has proven to defy the odds of writting him off so far  . death shouldn't start planning any horse visiting trips yet for his owner says that its not time to say goodbye yet. and given barboros personality that horse isn't going down till he is good and ready to proably when he is middle age and then will give death one hell of a fight still.

talk aobut no good deed goes unpunished a good sameritian in pa wound up in handcuffs after making the mistake of telling cops when he gave his statement after helping  a car crash victim that there was proably a warrent out for his arrest for rape. for the guy was driving down the road and witnessed a car crash into another and stopped to help and saved a couple woman from serious injury. but when the cops showed up to investigate he made the comment so i suppose you want my statement but there might be a warrent out for my arrest the guy named orian paul stanely stopped to help the victim  when the car that got hit pulled off the road after seieng the collion and the victim thakfully had no injuries. but then when cops showed up he made the comment that after asking them if they needed his statement that he proably had an arrest warrent out for him cops checked and then handcuffed him the charges having sex with a sleeping woman and rape. thought he case got thrown out when the woman didn't appear and then refiled the guy tried to make an appointment for arrinment but no one was around. and when he played good sameritin thats when he learned about the new filing and arrest warrent by wondeirng if his deed would wind up in the paper and even though his good deed should be considered  for getting some time off a sentence he still has charges to face. talk about good deeds backfiring. and this week the answeres robotech fans have waited 21 years for after robotech 300 fell apart. finaly happends as robotech the shadow chronicles hits dvd. and no doubt robottech fans and animie fans of that type will make it a hot seller.

as i suspected since bleach started. turns out itchigo was actully a soul reaper. as he is still in the cavern of shattered souls and is trying his best to get out before he becomes a hollow.  as top bottom watches and keeps offering him advice. as chad and autrichie keep training with the mysteyr talking cat who may turn out to be a soul society member after all. as rukio does some story about soul reapers don't cry for emotions is wrong. as itchigo learns about the chain of fate breaking and how the last severing is when one becomes a hollow. as he is still in the canyon up to hour seventy when he begins to change to a hollow though proving to be stronger and fighting it. as he then has a weird conversation with some spirit that turns out to be his own soul reaper sword. who tells him that he has always been a soul reaper that rukio turned on his own soul reaper powers that were dormant when she gave him his. and he now needs to turn them on as he starts to fall and finds the power in a box that is tied as outi pointed out a soul reapers ribbon of life is red so he gets his sword and then as it looks like they have to destroy him for being a hollow he comes out of the shattered canyon. and at first looks like a combination of a hollow and soul reaper with his face covered in a mask.  but he breaks the mask and shows he is a soul reaper and he wants to kill top bottom who then moves on to lesson three. itchigo has to knock off top job hat. and top bottom points out his sword is busted.  but as suspected itchigo is a soul reaper from the start. and it turns out the voice of rick hunter is being done by the same guy who did him in the orginal series. plus the shadow chronicles came about after the failed robotech 300 series. feb 6 on dvd.

talk about extending the fifteen minutes of fame if it was scary enough that margerite returned on wife swap and that now wako jacko is back in the u.s . now comes word that there are plans for a rock opera based on the runaway bride. jenifer wilbanks though the creators say she and her former fiance will not be the main characters the rock opera will be more about how the town rallied together to find her before she revealed that she was never abducted she just got cold feet and decided to leave. and wound up with community servive to pay back the town for the resources they spent looking for her plus she recently dropped her lawsuit against her former fiancee .  but it seems some creative types have decided to give jenifer a few more minutes of fame by doing a rock opera  of her or at least the town rally together to search for her  and jenifer has no part of the creation and doubtfull will get any of the profits if any. and talk about hell freezing over and the devil having to shop for a thong. rumor has it that david lee roth and van halen are set to sign a contract for david to go on tour after twenty years away from working with the band. and rumor also has it they will reunite next month when van hallen gets in the hall of fame which most fans thought could happend mostly due to the honor of the rock and roll hall of fame but looks like hell has frozen over and the devil is a van halen fan for david lee roth and van halen may be going on tour soon.

just when it looked like wife swap would slowly become a character and wear itself out. what was a two parter happend. the most infamous woman of wife swap history. margerite the god warriror came back and inflicted herself on another family but this time the husband proved to give her a taste of her own medicine but soon learned the horror of trying to cross margerita. as she traded places with an african american family and found the husband named moman  seems to think the white man is against african americans and kept margerita to the point of just about having a repeat from the last time the freak out but instead she kept calm till she went running looking for butter for crabs.  as the woman who trades spaces with margerte showed she is no pushover even telling her one daughter its time to move out to her own place.  but thankfully margerti and the woman traded back but had a heated argument when they exchanged notes. plus margerita got a little payback on momhad by making sure he got none of the money a big chunk for a piano for their kid. then about 18 grand for bills and house repairs. but he got nothing for himself and as for the money for margerita one daughter got some for schooling overseas plus money for them to do repairs and plus margerte got money for her own evil use . and the one daughter told to move out since she is spoiled got nothing. hopefully if the produvers of that show are smart we have seen the last of the god warrior til someone else crosses her path. and heaven have mercy on their souls.

the senate pannel decided on censure for dan sutton after the hearing in allegations he molested a former page right from the start things looked more and more like political payback and given how the start was turning into a withchunt guess the senate pannel relized they better come up with a decession that makes sure not to wind up earning the wrath of south dakotans and have a repeate of what happend in washington. so now the full senate votes on the receomendation of censure which means dan thankfully loses no privilages as a senator and can keep working. though there is still the crimnal investigation that hopefully will wind up with no charges what so ever. but dans fate turned out to be censure which means the issue is done.  though there is still the dammage done ot his rep and career. plus foloowing the lead of other states who were fed up with congress after promising to finaly raise the miniumum wage and then once again the senate dearaliing the raise forby packing it with tax breaks governor rounds and the democrats have proposed following cogresses plans for the raise and have endorsed legsilation to raise south dakotas mimium wage to seven fifty over a three year thing. for usally south dakota doesn't raise till congress does but givne the thing is stalled.  rounds has decided to raise it like other states on south dakotas own though like the senate the last time gov rounds tried the republicans killed the bill. lets hope south dakota mamageds to succeed where congress failed roa  while.
